She had just left an eye exam and her eyes were still dilated. She was asked if she would like to drive it but she wasn't seeing well yet and declined. My wife sent me down here and I looked the car over and I personally drove it. It was a good solid car but had some issues. The major problem was a chipped windshield. By the time I talked to my wife she changed her mind and wants a newer Accord. As I said these fine folks were very accommodating and trusted me to give it a test drive unaccompanied.

I come the 2nd time around and I'm waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes and then they proceed to tell me that the new windshield they got is also damaged and made me reschedule a 3rd time. I don't understand why they couldn't check these windshields when they arrive the morning of. I was probably lied to about these windshields being damaged as they were after market windshields and It was explained to me by the next company I went with that you have to use a windshield directly from the manufacturer due to specific calibrations that have to be done. Absolutely unprofessional from these guys. Showed up for the 3rd appointment an hour late and they denied me and tried to reschedule me a 4th time! Half the reason I was late was because the lady at the front desk had promised to call me to confirm that the windshield was good and ready to go the morning of so I didn't show up and have my time wasted again! I never received a call. An hour before I called and could never get a hold of the office. I was redirected to a customer support line and they reached out to the main office for me. They couldn't even get a hold of them. Absolutely unprofessional.

Too many times in the past dealing with an assortment both inside and outside side businesses, I would what you could say in a nice way: Been Done In! So I took pictures and a video or two of what I saw! What I did see was a professional team that had the right answers and worked their tails off! Everything they did was explained to me so I could understand it! These folks have been in business for long time! I'm not sure why I hadn't taken a car here before! The brake job was perfectly done and completed when they said it would be! The only problem I had was my wife had called them and got a quote of 140.00. The final price was 190.00 plus! I'm not sure what the issue was but I suppose it was the higher priced ceramic bakes. Still what I paid was well worth the money and I'm happy! I really liked the signage in the office area. Thought I would also let the auto service possibly repair a tire air leak. Pulled up to Auto Center well defined area and was greeted promptly by a well managed crew. Their on point , knowledge, listening skills, and problem solving is key to me always to come back in the future. Repairing a tire has a fair price but my tire rim coating was the issue and only needed to be replaced inline for the seal to hold. Since this was the case there was no cost. I am a fan now and would be happy to give them all my business in the future.

I contacted VLRV for service on my main air conditioner on my 5th wheel RV. When I called to set…read moreup an appointment, I explained that my unit was not working at all and it appeared the fan motor had frozen up. Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left.
