I didn't look at what I was handed by the store clerk, which I'm at fault for not checking before leaving the store. Once I got home, I discovered I had been given the basic Sylvania bulb, which sells for about $31 online. I paid for a premium product but was handed a cheaper one instead. I'd definitely double check what you're getting at this store, It seems they may try to swap for the cheaper product if you're not knowledgeable. If a customers pay for a specific product, they should receive the exactly what they ordered. This experience has made me question the accuracy and quality control of Advance Auto Parts' online pickup process, and the integrity of the employees. I won't be using this location again.

It wasn't that long when we received a voicemail that the car is ready for pickup. They were on time. My husband notice that his car wasn't washed after service. He was wondering why they were not able to do it. I made a conclusion that maybe because it was super cold outside, and washing the car is not a good idea especially when it is freezing cold. I was a few minutes late but was still taken care of once I arrived. Steve was a great experience. I was dropping my car off for its due service. He thoroughly went over what steps would take and gave me options and price compared. I waited in the room for a bit and there were bagels and donuts! My car was estimated to take 1-2 days but was ready for pickup four hours later! I was also given a rental car to use (my car is leased). Would definitely use this location for the future. When I came next day to get my car (I worked late) there were donuts and bagels again :) Thanks! PS: I saw reviews on google and reviews for "tamaroff Nissan" on yelp. I can say I'd highly recommend this place to get your off road lighting done. They're fairly priced. One place had quoted me 900$ to install my Diode Dynamic ditch lights and an Auxbeam gang switch panel into the vehicle but Auto and Truck Accessories got me in at 400$ with free stickers and a pen. I'm not too "electrical savvy" with things when it comes to vehicles but all of the wire work is very cleanly installed and works just as it should. They drilled small holes to fit all of the wiring and zip ties them into places so they don't move or get in the way of things in the engine bay. Very detailed work as it seems. They also answered all of the questions I had. So don't be afraid to ask. Another thing to mention, they called me plenty of times while they were servicing the vehicle to make sure I agree what they were working on as well BONUS: I had an unaligned gap on the hood of my vehicle so I had asked them if they would be able to realign it since I had messed up the installation of my brackets on my own. They were open to fixing it which saved me time of doing it myself so I respect them for doing that.

They looked over the tires first and told me I needed a new lug nut for my front passenger tire. I asked how much for a new lug nut would be and they said $90. I politely declined after checking the prices online and said there's nothing wrong with the lug nut but there's something wrong with trying to price gouge. They go for less than $20 at auto part stores. They then refused to rotate the tires because it puts their staff "in danger". I left and went over to the Discount Tire on 14 Mile in Troy. They had me in and out in 25 minutes and when I asked about the lug nut in question they said there's nothing wrong with any of them. Sadly I cannot recommend Discount Tire in Centerline because of their dishonest business practices.

I simply asked why not? He claimed a truck was going to show up "any minute" to pick up used tires. Then he said I can ask the guys up front. I said don't worry about it and as I pulled out of the driveway, he screams have a nice day... I went and talked to someone inside the office and he looked at me weird when I said the guy said he wouldn't fill up the tire. And said to bring it back around. I do that, another guy walks up, proceeds to excuse the other employee and comes up with some BS any their compressor can't fill up my tire and that I need an appointment for them to look at the tire.
