Truly this business is one that the right hand does not know where the left hand is. There is poor…read morecommunication between the departments. That said, they made every effort to correct things. Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also. I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received. My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again. A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied. Also an atta-boy for the parts department. They worked diligently to get the parts I needed. It's difficult with COVID to get what you want within a reasonable time.

Bought our brand new camper at the end of January where we paid upfront to have the dealership…read moreregister the camper for us and we'd get the plate in the mail. Flash forward to March the dealership emails me that we owe an additional $15 to get the plates registered because apparently we didn't pay enough upfront. Keep in mind this is the middle of MARCH that they contacted me. I called and spoke with the manger because we refused to pay additional because we already paid what we were told to pay at the dealership and the $15 short was an issue on their end; the manager assured me that they would get it taken care of and how he was going to send an email to their accounting team and to not worry about the $15, that they would cover it. Flash forward AGAIN to July and still no plate. I call and try to speak with the manager but instead a desk clerk talks my ear off about registering the camper despite my being upfront about wanting to speak with a manager. Eventually he says he'll take my number and message and give it to the manager and he'd give me a call. Here it is middle of August and we still don't have our plate, we've gotten another email from the dealership about how our title could be "in suspense" because of an error on THEIR end that I've TRIED to make them take responsibility and they just plain lied and the DMV is wanting to throw penalties on us for not having it registered. To say we're upset is putting it lightly. Don't do business with them, and if you do, just go register it yourself. They're more than happy to take your money and not do with it what they said they would.

Buyer Beware - Very Different Experiences Between Camping World Locations…read more I want to share my experience for anyone considering purchasing a high-end RV from Camping World, especially if you are an out-of-state buyer relying on dealership communication before traveling. I was actively negotiating the purchase of a 2014 Itasca Ellipse 42QD through the North Little Rock location. We had already reached an agreed price point and I was attempting to complete reasonable due diligence before flying out to inspect the coach. My questions were standard for a diesel pusher of this age and price range: * Tire DOT dates * Roof condition * AquaHot functionality * Generator hours/service records * Slide operation * Suspension concerns * Water intrusion history * VIN verification * Service documentation Initially, the salesperson offered to FaceTime and review the coach with me. However, after sending my inspection questions, the tone of the communication changed significantly. I was told: * the dealership was "too busy," * they "do not go into detail on the coaches," * and references were made about "losing so much money" on the unit. As a serious buyer considering a six-figure purchase, this response did not inspire confidence. I fully understand dealerships get busy and that independent inspections are recommended, but professionalism and communication matter. The biggest takeaway from my experience is this: Not all Camping World locations operate the same. After this interaction, I contacted another Camping World location in Montana and worked with Sonia, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service were completely different. Because of her approach, I ultimately placed my deposit there instead. My advice to buyers: * Always perform independent inspections * Request service records * Verify tire age and water damage carefully * Do not rely solely on verbal representations * Pay close attention to how a dealership communicates before the sale The sales experience before purchase often tells you what the service experience afterward may look like. I'm sharing this not to attack anyone personally, but to encourage professionalism, accountability, and informed purchasing decisions for consumers making major RV investments. I will keep you updated on: * Corporate responses * Any GM or executive outreach * Price concessions * Montana dealership communications * Inspection reports * Financing terms * Any retaliation or change in tone after your escalation -Sal
