They are NOT IPhone Batteries!! They are after market batteries. No where in there advertising or in the conversation prior to installation were we ever advised we were not getting an IPHONE BATTERY!! When we left, we asked for our receipt, and were told they keep it on file for us so if there is a problem, it is warranted and they will be able to pull out receipt and replace it. No where and at no time were we told that the old battery would be destroyed and at no time were we told there was no refund if it did not work!!! When we picked up the phone, we were advised it was fully charged and shouldn't need to be charged for 2-3 days!! It was as down to 36% in less than 10 hours! Next day went into store, went in, spoke to manager, who felt the need to cross his arms and be very difficult, like his employee that helped us the day before would "never" tell us that!! No refund! He could replace but would have to bring it back the next day!! We will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! Customer service does not include speaking down to your client like we are idiots and "of course it's after market"!!

I can't get rid of the message, and the store wasn't helpful at all. Hopefully, there are no problems, but I will have to put up with the annoying message. They store associates should tell customers that the battery isn't a genuine Apple battery, and that you will get this annoying message. If they had told me that I wouldn't have torn the battery from them. Based on this experience I'm not sure I will go back there, as I have purchased many batteries from them over the years.

I stopped at the Concord, NH Auto Zone this morning at around 9:30 or 9:45 am. I am being specific…read morebecause I forgot to get the name of the helpful person that assisted me. I thought the time frame may help for management to know who was working this morning. Earlier, when cleaning snow off my windshield, I bumped my windshield wiper with my snow broom. The wiper blade broke and a part fell off. I saw a colleague at work too, clearing snow and asked him for help. He had a look and said the wiper was broken and I needed a new one. I ended up at Auto Zone right after this. The man that helped me was having a look at the part I brought in and then I also handed him a smaller piece that had come off. Immediately he took the small piece I gave him and he was able to connect it to the other piece. He said, you don't need a new wiper blade. He then walked me to my car and reattached the piece to the wiper part. I asked if I owned him any money for his help and he smiled and said no and to have a great day. I sure wish I had asked his name. I am very happy for the kind, helpful and courteous service that I received from the Fort Eddy Rd. location. His kindness and great customer service made my day. And he did not have to be honest. He could have easily sold me a new windshield wiper. Thanks for your honestly and great manners and outstanding customer service.
