There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I rarely write reviews or make recommendations but there are exceptions and Supreme Cars & truck IS the exception. I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was with Jeff, Shawn & Bob. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.

I managed to…read moreget to my old mechanic in Manchester, who put a battery in and said to get to a dealership/service department quick, since my IMA system was on the fritz in my 2013 Honda CR-Z. I immediately thought of Grappone. When I called, I tried to explain the story. I explained that I wanted to come in that day, look quickly at my car to tell me if I had any options, and that I would like to buy a car that day if I did not have any options. I was transferred to the service department. Before I even finished speaking the bored, uninspired woman on the other end told me there were no appointments until the following Thursday. Taken aback, I tried to explain my situation again. She couldn't have cared less. Frustrated that she didn't understand, I hung up the phone and asked my mechanic what to do. He said to call AutoFair in Manchester. They took me in immediately and told me my IMA system had failed. They were gracious and kind when they told me how much it would be to fix. I made the decision to buy a car the next day from them. I bought a 2021 Honda HRV. I'm writing because I am totally baffled that you literally refused to help me in this situation. I told the woman I was planning to buy a car if my old one was too expensive to fix. Grappone pretty much refused the sale!! To make matters worse, I randomly kept getting messages that a service appointment had been scheduled for me tomorrow, June 27. I kept trying to cancel it, but no luck. I am deeply disappointed and honestly confused by your dealership, and won't be able to forget this. I live in Connecticut now, but I'm in New Hampshire all the time. I will be telling as many people as possible how your dealership refused to help me, then had the GALL to schedule a service appointment. It was clear the person on the other end wasn't even listening to me in my hour of need. If I were management, I would want to know this happened. I will also be posting it on your reviews. Thank you.

These folks sold me a used car which Mike himself guaranteed would pass inspection and that it was 100%. By the time I got home the check engine light was on. I called the next day came in and they checked the Subaru out. He said it was just an O2 sensor which he said they could that day and charged me 80, there is three O2 sensors in the car and they only replaced one which was a waste of my time but it gets better (worse). Less than 12 days after buying the car my rear wheel falls off on 202 west which is a highway and without exaggeration wasn't the closest I've ever come to dying. People on 202 west had to swerve to avoid hitting me and went off the road. Grateful I didn't smash the Subaru and just got lucky in the way in spun out. I get it towed back to the great folks at Henniker Motors where they eventually let me know the plethora of things wrong with it. Cracked head gasket. Cracked oil pan and a bunch of other things. Which costed 1700 but this isn't about the money. This is about the fact these folks sold a car that almost killed someone. I then post on their wall explaining what happened and all they said asked me was "did I get a warranty"? They are such scumbags and I simply just want to inform people of this horrible business so no one else has to deal with this. Whether it's for you or your loved ones do not buy a vehicle from Mikes Affordable Auto on 124 Manchester St Concord NH or any of their shops for that matter because I dealt with Mike and he was simply a scumbag. I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this, be careful where you buy used cars from..

We checked the car out, got a satisfactory price and said we would return by the end of the month to make the purchase. I made a phone call before driving there to make sure it was still available. It was. They were made aware on our first visit that we are cash buyers. The sales manager said they do not accept cash . What? How about a check ? Nope. Maybe it's because my wife and I are elderly. Or that we are mixed race. Maybe we're just a little slow. My wife was confused but I realize Grappone Mazda did not want to sell us a Mazda 3 for American dollars. I certainly will not recommend this group of people to anyone I have respect for. People of color should take their business elsewhere.

Anybody can do a good job when things work out smoothly, but it takes a really good business to work successfully and honestly when problems happen -- particularly when the problems are the fault of a third party (UPS) and not Grappone. Kudos to Grappone. I will keep my eye on their site and buy my next car again.

Took my Toyota Tundra (that was in excellent cosmetic and running condition with only 50K miles on it) to Grappone Toyota 2 days after my air conditioner was making an odd noise. They asked me to leave my car for them to work on later. This was the last time I saw my car in 1 piece. They sent a video a few hours later that shows mice had gotten into the fuse box and through the air vent filter (a known problem with Toyota trucks). There was no obvious damage that could have been seen before i took it in, but they pointed out what they called "a few problems". The service person I was dealing with Tanya, said I should file an insurance claim to get the truck repaired with the damage the mice did, supposedly. Long story short, Grappone service did what they call a "mouse house teardown" which is gut the inside of the vehicle completely. The insurance company inspector went to see the car, and declared it totaled with over $22,000 in damage. WTF? After much back and forth with the insurance company, Tanya, and the assistant manager that was like a robot programmed to contradict everything I asked or said ... I was literally FORCED into taking an insurance settlement payout because they said that was my only option and that the car would now never be able to pass inspection or even get insurance again. As sad as it was, I after all that,I had to go retrieve my personal items that has been in the truck, in the visors, glove box, center console, etc. When I was brought to the car in the back lot, it looked like a bomb had gone off inside, everything was ripped out and dumped in the back seat. All the interior plastic, all the trim, everything, all beat up and scratched to hell which is NOT how I brought the car into the Grappone Service Center 3 weeks before. There were multiple parts and pieces that were in perfect condition that were now damaged, scratched and beat up. No care was taken at all by Grappone, they basically destroyed almost everything they could then charge to replace. They had dumped my personal items in the back as well, UNDER the wreckage and derbis. Medical paperwork, my insurance and registration paperwork, my phone chargers, my spare set of glasses... all damaged, scratched, and discarded. It took my 20 minutes to dig through the "rubble" that was my car interior to find about 1/2 of my personal and important items. I mean- REALLY? THIS IS OK? Grappone employees did MORE damage than what was originally there in order to jack up the money they would get paid, and the insurance company folded and paid me instead, but not even close. Someone is profiting here - probably from the salvage, but it sure isn't me, the owner. The assistant manager had no explanation and blew me off. So I took my perfectly running Toyota Tundra to Grappone Toyota in Bow, NH, with strange noise coming from the AC, and now I have lost my only vehicle. Forced to take a low payout with threat of getting $0, much of my personal belongings in the vehicle discarded as trash, and basically told ... oh well. This is unacceptable from Grappone that they would treat a loyal customer like this, not to mention his car, and his personal items in the car. I can't even buy a similar vehicle in the condition mine was from what I received as a "payout". All reviews on here that are positive seem to focus on $ale of new and used cars ... But when it comes to service and repair, go elsewhere, or you might suffer the same fate I did. I have photos taken with my cell phone to back all of my statements, plus the original video they sent. Today I am filing complaints against Grappone Toyota of Bow N.H. with the BBB and the NH AG.

After talking with him over the last few weeks about the deal I got on my used EV6 here in NY, he decided to look at EVs himself. He's 300 miles away, so we were doing all this remotely. He ended up at Hyundai (Ioniq 5) and Toyota (bZ), but the folks at Capital City Subaru ended up giving him the most competitive deal of all of them on a 2026 Solterra, and it wasn't even close. In fact, the deal was as good as the very best lease deals I've seen on the forum sites where people brag about the out-the-door prices they're paying on vehicles. He texted me the contract, and there were no "gotchas," the fees were reasonable, and he told me the salesman he was dealing with, Josh, wasn't pushing him into anything. I spoke briefly with Josh, and he assured me they'd take care of my dad. I was a little apprehensive, as that's what we're always told, right? Well, it's been a couple of weeks. My dad loves his EV (this is the big thing), was super happy with the buying and delivery experience at Capital City, and today he received a check in the mail from them with the note, "we discovered you overpaid by $300." Honestly, I don't have enough good things to say about the people at Capital City. They honored the OTD price they quoted, didn't pressure him into any extras, and eliminated all the typical car-shopping/buying anxiety that one usually has when negotiating. It was a tremendous relief to have this transaction settled for him since I'm so far away and I know he needed to make this change. So I'm writing this on his and my behalf to just say thank you - he and I will be recommending anyone in the area to this dealership with zero hesitation.
