Went in for 2 tires but later decided on all 4. I get there over 15 minutes before my appointment and before they opened but was pleasantly surprised to find that they were open and prepared to work when the doors opened. That is extremely rare in these times. All of the employees exhibited w genuine pride in ownership in all aspects of their job. What I could see through the window was a display of what a clean and organized shop should look like. The rebate on a set of 4 tires was good and thank you for my military discount. Leaving there afterwards I had absolutely no buyers remorse and no unanswered questions. My appointment was for 8:15 am and I was done and out the door at 8:29 with all tires replaced. This is the second time I've been here in a year and the reason I came back was because of the fantastic customer service! Last year my tires low pressure indicator popped on and I found this place to take care of it. They patched me up and were just so kind. Fast forward to a year later and my tire had a straight up flattening tire. Instead of trying to figure out where to go, I drove straight here. They literally told me they could put on my new tires on right away, and are working on it as we speak. They are straightforward and transparent about the work they need to perform. The object imbedded looked large so to be safe, he ordered another tire just in case and had me return today. Turns out, the tire is repairable but that's class! Speaking of repairs, GET the certificates! They're not much more BUT--if you get an object in the tire or other damage and they can't fix it, you're getting a new tire! Which, I would've had a new tire with no out of pocket should this event call for that. The team quickly patched up my tire and even changed my windshield wipers. The service was outstanding! Bryce was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my tire in detail, including when I should come back to have it checked again. One of the service workers also came out to update me on the status of my car and let me know how much longer the wait would be. I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs! The guys do a great job here and are very professional. I bought a set of rims and tires. My only suggestion would be that when you have people waiting in the store take care of those people before you take phone calls. There was a line to the door and Jaxin takes a phone call and leaves the people he was taking care of standing there to the point they were trying to tell him something and he wasn't paying attention because he's on the phone giving someone a quote and explaining the warranty while the people that are actually spending money are standing in front of him. Suddenly had a random problem with my tires. I took it to the dealership the next day in an attempt to get it fixed, but they told me that my tires were out of round and that all 4 needed to be replaced. Thought that all 4 being chopped was kinda bizarre, so took it to ole reliable & they figured out that one of my tires was splitting. If I had waited too long to get the wonky tire replaced, it would have blown while I was driving on the highway or something -- the dealership never mentioned the tire splitting issue to me (which is way more serious safety-wise than the tires being out of round). I ended up getting all four tires replaced at Discount Tire, but only had to pay for three, as they have a great warranty policy on tires purchased at any of their locations. They got me in and out, and my problem was completely fixed in 1.5 hrs. Jose was great and I fully recommend going and speaking with him for your tire needs! Honest & great customer service. Came in for a flat tire repair Jose at the front desk took care of my issue right away. My warranty covered the tire replacement because my original tire couldn't be patched due to the puncture location. They had a new replacement tire in stock at the location. Dane was the technician that worked on my Jeep he did a great job with the tire change and put my spare tire back in its factory location. All in all their service was top notch I was in and out in about an hour they were fast! read more

First of all, this place just saved me hundreds of dollars!!!! I'm typically hesitant to take care of anything to do with repairs on my vehicle because to be honest I am the person that relies on what my dealership tells me. I recently had a low tire pressure alert that kept showing up on my vehicle every few weeks. I would put air in it and then it would come back on a few weeks later, same tire. I knew there must have been a slow leak somewhere. I was due for an oil change at my dealership's service center so I mentioned it to the service rep. Of course, the inevitable phone call comes shortly after that saying I'm sorry Mrs DeMaio we cannot patch the tire due to where the puncture is located. A new tire will cost $400 dollars. I told them thanks but I will look elsewhere to see if I can find a better price. Was calling around to different places and the best price was this discount tires. I went in expecting to have to put out hundreds of dollars and the sales rep told me the tires were in good enough condition and showed me where the puncture was, a small screw in the tread and told me that it was easily patchable. I'm so impressed and appreciated their honesty!!! Talk about true customer service and not just trying to make a buck. Bought tires online with another company and had them shipped to store for installation. I called as soon as I was notified they had arrived, and they scheduled an appt that afternoon. I was impressed with the cleanliness and order of both the front and back of the store. The rep greeted me by name asked a few questions, and went out to look at the car. He came back and suggested I may want to consider new wiper blades (they were the originals on my 2019). It was something I did need. He advised the cost and I ok'd. The total price included the tire installation cost they quoted over the phone, and all very reasonable. They gave me an ETA and sent me a link so I can check progress. 30 minutes later (well under the ETA) a tech came to me, advised me on everything they did, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I didnt and instead of just handing me the keys, he personally went and drove the car up to meet me at the entrance. The service includes for as long I have the tires: free inspection, air, and even balancing and rotations. Very professional and excellent customer service. read more
