I've been coming here for several years for key fob and watch battery replacements, and they have always been fast and efficient. I always purchase the lifetime battery, and in my opinion, it's the most cost efficient way to go. You pay a little more the first time (around $25, give or take), and all your future battery replacements for that item are free. It's a fantastic value and has definitely paid for itself. The lens now has noticeable white residue/scratches, causing terrible flare and severely degrading photo quality. When I showed them the issue and even compared it with my older iPhone 14 Pro, they brushed it off, claiming it was a "different model" and making ridiculous excuses about the blue anti-reflective coating. Because of their refusal to take responsibility, I am attaching side-by-side photos comparing my device directly with an identical iPhone 17 Pro model to clearly show the damage. They damaged my device during repair and refused to make it right. Unprofessional service--I strongly advise avoiding this place.
