Guy on the phone I'll refer to as "No name" because nobody…read moreever gives a name because there in no accountability in this establishment, says "I gotta get it from my warehouse, it will be about an hour." So after waiting an hour and a half, I called ahead to make sure it was there before I go up there. Low and behold nobody answers. So I wait 15 more minutes and call back. Still no answer. So at this point its now been 1hr45min. I drive there up there and not only did they NOT have it, they lie and say "it's en route. Bout half hour." So I drive back to my shop and wait. I call 45min later, they then put me on hold for 15min!! This is a small parts store with people working there they're only job is to ANSWER THE PHONE. No name gets back on the line and blames the warehouse!! I couldn't believe it. They had me waiting over 3 hours and still tried to deflect blame. I went to a competitor and they had me in, paid for and out in less than 10min. Just a reminder that sometimes its worth the $10 extra to go someplace that treats a customer fairly.
