It's just what I wanted!!! Fully loaded 2012 GMC Terrain SLT model

The guys in the service department always make sure things are right. This time, my car wasn't worth fixing and I was able to leave in a loaded certified pre-owned 2012 GMC Terrain. Thanks so much Jonny and Darah!

The manager then lied and told me he canceled the warranty, but when I asked for proof of refund and cancellation, he couldn't provide either. It's been a month and no word. The warranty company still doesn't have my warranty on file. The total amount of the warranties have been added to my principal loan amount and I'm continuing to pay interest for something that I requested to have canceled the day after purchasing. I was told today by another financial manager that my warranty was never even sent to the warranty company because they are going to cancel it themselves. I asked for proof of cancellation and refund again, still unable to provide. I strongly would not recommend doing business here. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it's been the worst experience ever. Not to mention the new car broke down on me 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They don't care about the customers. Unprofessional and untrustworthy business and associates.

I have since moved to a new home so their location is nearly an hour away, but I returned because my initial purchase included scheduled maintenance for the first 24,000 miles. Both times I scheduled for a Saturday morning and waited for the service to be completed and both times it took over TWO HOURS for them to do a lube, oil, and filter and to rotate the tires. The saving grace is that my included maintenance is over so now I can go elsewhere.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.

The owner doesn't even have the business sense to return a phone call with a compensation offer, and they wonder why their sales are slumping, it's easier to sell to a customer than find a new one Pat, though you didn't cause the defects you have the power to ease the losses, your so busy trying to find new customers when you already have one in your dealership. But you don't recognize the opportunity, sad.
