But didn't deny the wrongdoing when confronted. Tim the shop owner claimed that they did a relearn afterwards. But relearn is not the same as repair! The vacuum leak problem was totally ignored and the smoke test was not done. Tim insisted that I can safely drive with a bad oxygen sensor. Glad I didn't and God Bless AAA tow truck. Another shop corrected what WHAR neglected to do. Never again am I setting my foot in this shop and don't recommend it to anyone. I guess this shop knows how to take advantage of an elderly woman. UPDATE: four months ago (May 2025), this very shop did some work on my car and requested a positive review. I said OK but am unable to post it since I reviewed before and Google won't let me do it again. The shop then sent a link to my phone and I was able to post a positive review from a different gmail address. I am buffled how WHAR even knew my another gmail that I never told them about, and what else they know about me, and how they are going to use this knowledge. IMHO this explains how many positive reviews of this shop are posted. Don't take them for granted.

They came and looked at it. Took it. Ran some test and bought it back. Let me know my car had a transmission leak. And needs a new transmission. They did all of that free of charge! I couldn't believe it. I promised I would get the parts and come back and have them do all the work. And I stand by that! That got me to stop in at Marathon and not other gas stations. Gas prices are average at this gas station. Gas station is fairly clean. The gas station is pretty close to the highway, easy to get in and out. It's one of the larger local Marathons. The receipts here didn't dispense, so if you're into tracking your receipts, go inside to get one. I did not go into the building but found it fascinating that they have Folgers cafe! I'll find out next time if Folgers coffee is sold inside! To sum up, average and uneventful experience as gas errands should probably be.
