7/30 around 3pm. A rude employee named lily was working at the front along with another male employee. no one was in the store. I went in and asked about the free light bulb installation and right away she said we don't do that here because it takes up "too much" time, while there was no one else in the store! She or the guy did not search up my car or question what car do I have to see if it was even eligible to do the instal. Both employees being straight up LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. As a female why would even act like that to another female seeking help in a profession I'm not familiar with. I explained multiple times that the website states if my car is eligible they could do the free instal and she kept denying to do her research and check my car on the system, saying "they don't do installs at all with anything at this location." I visited on Sunday 8/24/2025 with my dad who called in to see if they had a specific battery for my key fob and some glue. The gentleman who took my dads call took it upon himself to hold the items for us. We came in after having a horrible experience at AutoZone and started searching the aisles for what we needed when that same gentleman said come on over to the register I held it for you. We were is such relief !! I wish I could have got this mans name. He did have an emerald color ring on one hand and a green silicone ring on his other hand. We were immediately blown away with how professional, kind, and passionate he was!! You can tell he loves his job. He was also very knowledgeable in what we needed. Thank you so much for a quick, seamless, and wonderful visit but also for hiring talent like that young gentleman. I highly recommend this location. read more

I stopped by the other day to swap out my windshield wipers before the storm. Lilly was quick to help me get the right size for my truck and had recommendations for a water deterrent / glass cleaner. Great customer service, the manager was nice, Javier and Daniel were outstanding and very informative and very very good at their jobs. Been coming here for a while and never took the time to write a review but i think it's it's good I'm doing it now. I really think the people working right now have heart and everything, it's a tough world right now and this virus isn't doing much good to many, but these guys working at helping us all. I came in to the store with my check engine light on with my car stalling and did not bring my wallet with me but I did not tell that to the workers. All that I needed was a little vacuum hose that Honda was going to charge me $15 for 3 feet. All I needed was 5 inches. I had to make it home without stalling so I offered to pay with Apple Pay but they didn't have that option at the store. When I offered to only buy 5 inches of hose I pulled out $.42 that I had in my pocket and they said "Don't worry about it. We're going to look in the back to see if we have any scrap extra pieces" They found a 5 foot little piece that they gave me at no cost just as a good kind offering and they fixed my problem. Not only was I able to get home but if fixed my car problems and the check engine light went out. GOD KNOWS WHAT YOURE GOING THROUGH AND WILL USE OTHERS TO BLESS YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE. Rude employees and manager, came into the shop to order an axel for a warranty exchange because of a faulty axel, tried to charge me for shipping and part, other shop in colton told me there was no reason for them to try to charge me if it was under warranty. Originally had ordered the part to colton but got a call this morning from sierra and was told the by the manager "if you don't want to pay the shipping then go with colton" I was just wanting to do the exchange earlier as the other part arrives a couple days later but was not expecting to be dealing being charged and dealing with bad customer service. read more

We ordered parts online from this location before going to ensure they had the items we needed. We arrived at the location at 9:50 pm to find that the front doors to the business were locked. Their hours of business are marked on the front doors that they close at 10 pm. We could see employees inside the business and attempted to wave them down but they ignored us. We also tried to call the business and heard the phone ringing but no one answered either. There were also 2-3 other people that tried to go inside the business but were unable to. If you're looking for a reliable business do not use this store when you're in need. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I experience the most horrible customer service today Monday August 27 at the O'Reillys located in Fontana on Sierra. I went in to purchase spark plugs for my 2010 F150 I told the cashier Juan M all the information requested got my plugs and went home to install them halfway through the installation process I come to find out the spark plugs given to me were for a totally different vehicle since my truck was disassembled I had to take my motorcycle and drive back to O'Reillys which is about 5 miles away,I went to the same guy Juan M explain my situation and he he did not even apologize about the mistake and he had the audacity to blame me saying " I gave him the wrong year" I insisted that on my registration it says 2010 F150 ,he said those plugs were for 2009 F150 he even had the nerve to argue with me that's when the older lady Hispanic intervene and asked me if I wanted her to help me out. This gentlemen truly needs to be retrained on proper customer service behavior or should not be in the position he's in I also work retail customer service and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated in my establishment ,O'Reillys you lost a loyal paying customer due to this gentleman's behavior! read more

not realiable i order parts from them always send me the wrong parts and never answer their phone i have to call them like 8 times for them to answer me and always put you on hold for more than 20 mins and they never wanna help you out i dont recommend this place at all i will call corp for this location and report the manager for low services to my shop read more

I needed auto parts. I came in to a empty store. 1 employee out front talking on his phone. The other inside bullshiting with a customer. I stood there waiting for the employee to recognize me.
