One of the worst Autozones in the franchises, this place needs a revamp from corporate. They are…read moreunkind, dispassionate and obtuse to be nice. The staff is rude, arrogant, and slow. My family have had to order so many parts from this location based upon need that it's supremely unfortunate. There are few choices for decently priced auto parts in the quagmire of Gallup. But they are truly incompetent in the areas of customer support and basic professionalism. Give this place a pass unless you are without options. Don't bother calling, you will hold for over 20 minutes.

Fortunately, I dropped by the day before to inspect the tires. The last set of tires shipped from Walmart.com were the wrong size and manufactured 6 years ago by the DOT tags. The staff was cordial if not welcoming once they got their first cup of joe. Jeep was returned to us about 8:45am. In all it wasn't too bad. I would prefer a place with road pressure balancing. But the lady at the front didn't even know that was. With the life-time balance and rotate and the road hazard service the deal might be ok. CAUTION: Always get the road hazard and life-time rotate and balancing while you are having the tires installed. They will not add them on after you walk out the door. In all, it was an ok experience. I just wish it didn't take three orders of $550+ sets of tires to get one right from Walmart.com.

The customer service Amigo Chrysler is the best. While traveling in new Jeep with only 3000…read moremiles on it had what I considered a mechanical emergency. Did a cold call the Amigo asking for help, they told me to come in. They were able to determine the problem, but did not have the parts needed for the repair on hand. A tech in the service/parts department searched other dealership based on my direction of travel and found a shop that had the parts. Valerie, the parts manage gave me the name and part numbers I needed for the repair. Also, provided the address and telephone of the next dealership. I called the next dealership and all parts were waiting for me when I arrived. Lastly, one of the salesman offered us a place to sleep for the night if we were not able to get next location before dark. Two women traveling alone we could not have asked for more caring people.
