The folks at Goodyear were kind and understanding and sent a tow-truck to pick up my car. They had the starter replaced within a few hours. Then last week I had a very flat rear tire. I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. My family have had to order so many parts from this location based upon need that it's supremely unfortunate. There are few choices for decently priced auto parts in the quagmire of Gallup. But they are truly incompetent in the areas of customer support and basic professionalism. Give this place a pass unless you are without options. Don't bother calling, you will hold for over 20 minutes.
