This time there was an older man who assist me. What I liked was he specifically said your battery is fine just needs to be charged (he asked if I had left the car running etc) I explained no. He then offered to loan me a battery while he charges that one (said as a female he didn't want me stranded in case it happened again). Usually as women we are often overcharged and taken advantage of regarding car issues but he was nice enough to be honest, offer a temporary solution and help me resolved my problem for good. He even offered that I could purchase one just to be safe. (He through in my recent purchase and gave me a discount for returning). I went with purchasing a new one. I spoke with Jennifer this morning regarding a battery warranty replacement that I was hoping to complete at Pep Boys 280 seeing as though they were closer to me and honored the warranty I have through Interstate. Pep Boys did not have the correct battery I needed so I had to drive to Interstate to have them test and warranty out the battery. Jennifer, Nate and Ryan quickly resolved my issue and answered a few minor questions that I had with the process of going through the affiliate shops/businesses with the warranty. Customer service was top tier. Attitudes were upbeat/helpful. Thank you all for fixing the last piece to my car headache and puzzle today!
