When they called the shop, the staff hung up on them then refused to answer when customer service identified that they were following up on a complaint. Customer service issued a $25 voucher but it was only good for auto center--I refused to deal with their incompetent center, so I declined. I will never use this service again!

They said sorry can't fix it and moved on to the next one. Just writing this review to but out the notice not to go here. They guy didn't even know where he had pulled the dipstick from.

I usually enjoy the people there and I do business there, I refer many people there too. Well I'm not so sure that's going to happen anymore due to the fact that some dude named Tim looked like he was about 70 years old unkept smelled like cigarettes in sales with little man syndrome, didn't like the fact that a woman didn't want to speak to him in regards to a vehicle on the lot I was actually being nice because I know they take turns on walkins on the lot. Well he didn't like the fact that I told him after he kept coming at me, I don't need to talk to the salesman so he got an attitude then proceeded after I got in the car to go over to the service department he starts mumbling something and points for me to leave a lot telling me to leave the lot rude disrespectful terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service and they wonder why they're so slow and can't sell cars and good people leaving working for them because that's the kind of people that they hire and that's the kind of people that they keep absolute terrible terrible customer service. The manager at Dodge could care less about how I was treated, the manager at Ford could careless how I was treated so here I AM going to put review after review after review write letters to customer care to each of the manufacturers they have on all thier lots as Dodge, Ford, Chrysler, Mercury, Lincoln thes manufacturers do not want people like that representing thier products and down grade a women along with stinking like a cigarette looked unkept and unclean Nasty rude disrespectful man. I spent over $16,000 on a reman. Engine for my M5 BMW. I had problems with it from the time I…read morepicked it up. I drove it to Louisville and ended up with a smoking, leaking car, dead in Oxmoor Malls parking lot. I immediately called the shop. Was told they would look at it but I would have to pay to tow it back to them...even though this is covered work under their "garauntee" and warranty given for the motor work. I paid $400 to tow it back to them. Upon inspection, they found that the water pump had not been installed and secured back to the frame after the motor install and this led to it breaking in the journey to Louisville. I have called these people multiple times I've spoken with multiple people. I have received pushback on everything except for giving them money. They did not stand behind their warranty and they did not fix the car. I am now having to buy a new car because not only is the engine light still on, but the car still does not run, months later. I highly discourage anyone from taking a vehicle to these people to have any work done they will steal your money and leave you with the remnants. I am sure they're gonna have plenty to say about this. If you have questions message me I have Receipts text messages and phone calls. Do not give these people your money.

Checked car out carefully, re-filled antifreeze, test drove long enough to verify working and called me to pick up. @$11.00 bill - turned out a prior mechanic in Louisville had left radiator cap loose and pressure caused loss of antifreeze. Could have been awful, but instead a positive. Thx much to these folks.

This mower has not been used in a few years and is old (early '90s). Hey, I used it to cut lawns during summers to make some extra cash in high school, so this lawn mower holds some sentimental value, too. To make a long story short, I popped over to Lanny's to talk with their staff about some issues that kept the mower from running. I am not all that mechanically inclined, but Lanny's helped to figure out what needed replacing. We looked over schematics, and then they found the appropriate parts for this dinosaur in their inventory. I was surprised that they had parts for mowers from the early '90s! Great service! Friendly, helpful, courteous, and willing to show you the ropes if you need it. If I need parts for simple repairs, I'll be heading back to Lanny's. When standing by the counter, be sure to check out all of the crazy damaged lawn mower blades. What the heck do people run over?

Then he proceeds to tell me they do not have it and I should just go spend my money elsewhere because they will not be ordering it. Owner is a pompous d***! I try and support local businesses whenever possible but I will not support this abuse. I give Lannys another year in business if that.
