After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. UPDATE: they charged me over $400 for two headlight bulbs, kept me waiting for over 2 hours, and generally treated me with the utmost disrespect and lack of care AND GET THIS, THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE OF THE LIGHTBULBS. I got completely robbed and I am surprised this is even legal. shame on you guys.

Dangerous conditions to pull over and get out, so I reached out the window, grabbed and snapped the wiper when the wiper flew off the car. Merry F_____ Christmas, stranded in a whiteout trying to get to Christmas dinner. A nice guy from ME DOT switched the passenger side to the drivers side and got me back on the road. A big shout out to Randy! I went to O'Reilly, and the same fellow who helped me the last visit, tried in earnest to help me again. See RON. He did not have the exact wiper because my car is new and has a new attachment. WHY do they do this? Wipers have been staying on cars for decades with no problem (just don't snap them), so why the hell do they need to confound the public with half a dozen different attachments!?? Ron tried several, intent on getting it to work, alas only not to be rewarded for his effort. I had to go to VW. But Ron is the epitome of great customer service. As another example, Ron told me if you're driving and feel a vibration, it's the snow and ice in the wheel. Sure enough, next day, I'm driving and thinking what is wrong NOW?!! Then remembered his sage advice. Once I got the embedded snow out of the wheels, all was well. Had Ron not offered that advice, I would have been spending time taking the car to the dealer. If you're going to O'Reilly, ask for Ron.

Got my car started by guests at my hotel by jumpers. Traveled to OReillys, took out the bad put in the good one upon my arrival. Half an hour at best. Was so happy that it was open. Had what I needed and installed it. Sunday morning.
