We walked in today to buy an iPad and checked in at the front. We waited at the iPads as requested. After 15 minutes and no appearance of a salesperson we left and purchased the iPad at Target. The store had only a few customers and multiple salespeople just milling around. They really need to rethink their customer service.

I immediately canceled that card which I NEVER received in the mail and I canceled the subscription the charge was for. best buy security put the charge on the CANCELED card two months AFTER I canceled it. They claim I owe the money. I also canceled my total tech subscription and was owed a refund. They stole that, I was told they wouldn't give me the refund because I filed a complaint of a fraudulent charge. Next thing I knew they stole the refund and put it towards the charge they said I owed. So now, online I owe less but I received my January statement and they are still billing me the whole amount of the fraudulent charge. They also threatened me. They said they were going to report me to the three credit bureaus if I didn't pay up. The charge is fraudulent because they didn't have the courtesy to email me BEFORE it was due and alert me to that fact. Geek squad should NOT have access to anyone's best buy card and best buy security definitely doesn't have authorization to use it. Do NOT shop there unless you pay with cash or a check. Do NOT get a best buy card. CITI bank who issues the cards are also corrupt. The proof for me is the fact that I never received the second card and yet they are saying I have it and the fraudulent charge was put on it AFTER I canceled my original card and the subscription it supposedly was for. If something is charged to a canceled card that constitutes fraud! and in this case best buy perpetrated the fraud! I am actually responding to best buy who saw my post and offered to "help". Unfortunately they think everyone in the world has either facebook, twitter or instagram. I have none of those. This only proves to me that they don't care and aren't willing to assist. They can email me at my email if they are sincere about fixing the issue. I find that no one at best buy has any integrity given how they have treated me. Response from the owner a week ago Hello! Short story: DON'T GO HERE. I should have just gone to the Apple Store in the Maine mall. I ended…read moreup there anyway and they were great. For the full story read on. I took my Mac Book pro here for diagnostic and hopefully repair. My keyboard and track pad had stopped working. The machine itself would work with either blue tooth or USB mouse/keyboards attached, but I wanted to see the cost of repairing the laptop keyboard/track pad. First off, it took them 3 days to give me a diagnostic and estimate. I had to call myself to find the status. They told me it was the top case and it would cost $380. I decided this would be worth it to me and agreed to proceed. They called 2 days later and said it wasn't the top case after all it was the logic board and that would cost a bit more $440. All the people I spoke with at this company were not good with people. They weren't friendly, or good at explaining what they there were doing. It was almost like they explained too much technical and not enough of what a client needed to know. The repair tech on the phone went on and on about parts and technical terms etc.. I don't repair computers. I had to repeatedly ask: How much will this cost and when can you get it done? He told me 1-2 more days and I decided for $60 more I'd move forward with the repair. I get a call. Now it's both the case and the logic board need to be replaced and the repair would be over $800.00. They have had my computer a week at this point. I said no to this repair, as I may as well buy a new laptop at that point. They said I would need to pay a 20% restock fee. I said I didn't feel I should have to pay a restock fee when they couldn't properly estimate or diagnose my problem. I never would have agreed to an $800 plus repair. I would pay their $75 dollar diagnostic fee. I asked them to put my laptop back together and return it as I gave it to them. When I went to pick it up, there was no conversation, no apology or explanation, nothing. I barely got eye contact. I tested that my machine was working. Everything seemed in order. When I went to use it the next day (with Bluetooth keyboard/mouse) the battery ran out. When I plugged the charger in, it wouldn't register the charger. I couldn't charge the laptop. I took my Mac book to the Apple Store in the Maine Mall. They diagnosed it free of charge!!! This is what they found. There is a simple plug in cable in the case that enables the charger to work. This cable was disconnected. They plugged it back in and it worked fine, and they didn't even charge me. So Unlimited Technology formerly Capitol Computers either directly sabotaged my laptop so it would appear to be in working order at their office but break later; or they are simply incompetent. Either way this is completely unacceptable service. The Apple Store diagnosed the keyboard issue free of charge. I can't remember exactly the full diagnosis, but they said it would be a little over $500 to repair. I decided to just use it with Bluetooth accessories until I upgrade. I should have just gone to Apple, as I have always had the great customer service at the Maine Mall store. I was simply hoping to save some time as Unlimited Technology formerly Capitol Computers was closer to me and I try to support small business. It was really disappointing how awful the experience was.

This review is of the AutoZone in Palmyra…read more My power driver's seat somehow became stuck in a much-too-far-forward position as I was making my way through Maine, en route to Montréal. On a whim, I stopped at the Autozone, where they advertise "free advice." The employee I spoke with offered to come out to the car to take a look, and had pinpointed the problem within a few minutes. A small button-cell battery had somehow gotten into the rail on which the seat moves. He fished it out and all was well again. I offered him a $20 bill but he wouldn't take it even on my third and fourth tries. He just kept smiling and telling me to spend it on ice cream for me and the kids. He didn't make any money for Autozone with this, nor for himself, but he made a traveling family very happy and relieved. So we sing his and the company's praises!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…read more Renata & Brad were incredibly helpful when my car's battery died! They helped me select the right battery for my car and later install it. They went out of their way to help me install the battery after the store closed! I had already tried AAA and jump starting the vehicle to no avail. The car alarm simply would not shut off when I tried jump starting the car earlier. Renata and Brad quickly and professionally changed the battery and stopped the alarm from going off, after hours at my college! They refused to accept any additional payment and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend the Waterville AutoZone & Renata & Brad's service.
