Typically that requires the dealer involvement. The closest Audi dealer is in Des Moines and not terribly convenient to get to. No one has a clue, they are extremely rude and when we actually had another location saying they'd ship it to CR, they told them no! We were the ones making the phone calls trying to get one to be shipped here from another location. WTH?? So we order a third time being told it will arrive and it doesn't. Stop at the store and there's a Closed Permanently sign on the door! Maybe tell us that and give us our money back??? Of course not! So we had to bring corporate into it only for them to tell us they called the owner and he tells her "you have the wrong number" and hangs up!
