No wonder it's been hard for me find this place around Gessner Road and Clay Road. But it's very convenient from Beltway. Advanced Auto Parts is smaller than what I used to for an auto parts store. The parking lot is huge. In fact, there is additional parking across Steffani Lane. I often see people repair cars in the large parking lot (that's why you only see half of storefront photo). I like to browse for ideas on my car. However, I believe they could do better with the customer service, consider they already suffer with the location.

After it was determined that I needed a replacement, he checked the system and found one for me. He recommended that I got the re-manufactured vs. the a new, essentially saying it's the same, but substantially cheaper. He never told me that since I didn't have the receipt that I could only receive a gift card back. he only said for someone reason it's only allowing a gift card. so I called customer service and to no avail I still couldn't get my money back and was given a report # after a week no one has called. I called them today and give them the report # and now all of a sudden it's because I didn't have my receipt.
