I was there for oil change, brakes , and 2 tires after 900 dollars they tried to get me to buy a battery saying mine was low which it never was then they said it wouldn't start to do the test drive after the work was done they said it was the battery, I didnt buy that, my ac worked before bringing it there and after it didnt . So my had gotten a new tire from there and she had one of them one of her tires blow and I took it off and brought it in there and just asked them. Maybe if it was the one that they supplied if there was a warranty it wasn't and they didn't have a warranty, but he took my tire in anyway he checked it out. Apparently it was a stem that was messed up and he patched it up right then and there!!!five minutes, not even!!!!and I was a walk-in mind you. He loaded it into my car and he said have a nice day. I asked him how much do I owe you? And he said absolutely nothing I remember this tire sale and anything we can do to help out our community even if it's a tiny thing. It warmed my heart. I walked out to a flat tire on my car this morning at 6:00.....yep it's a Monday lol. So we came here to have the tire evaluated and see what caused the flat tire. We had to end up getting a new tire unfortunately. Darlene helped us and was able to get us a new Firestone tire mounted for $180 out the door. Only took them about 30 minutes from start to finish. This is an accurate, thorough, and honest review of Tires Plus, Spring Hill location. I had 2 lights come on in my car. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) which alerts you when tire pressure is too low and could create unsafe driving conditions and the check engine light. I took it to AutoZone for a diagnostic scan and was advised the O2 sensor bank 1 was malfunctioning. I decided to take it to Tires Plus, a company I have dealt with for almost a decade. I needed a quote to repair the item of concern. I also asked for the representative (RAMON) who is an Assistant Manager, to also inspected my car since it was giving me a "bumpy ride". I authorized a full diagnostic report. The diagnosis was completed, and I was advised of the outcome by Ramon via phone call. The serpentine belt was torn and about to snap which could leave me stranded, the control arms are the reason for the bumpy ride, and the turn signal was out. It would total $2,500 to fix all the issues excluding the 02 sensor. I asked about the gas cleaning service they provide, he stated "I don't recommend this product or any product to be added to your gas tank". Instead, he advised me to drive the car and fill up twice with premium gasoline and this should clear the 02 sensor. $2,500 is a lot of money and while pricey, I TRUSTED Tires Plus and since they will not allow you to bring in your own parts, I agreed for them to fix all stated issues. While I'm aware the manufacturer of my car has always had their suspension issues and Ramon and his crew worked on the car, I researched the parts. The serpentine belt was $12 at AutoZone, upper and lower control arms are $300 and the bulb $4. The next day I picked up my car and paid the $2,500 (which included the price for the diagnosis ($$$), $5 for the bulb and a $75 labor charge to change it, as well as a synthetic oil change of $120, it just seemed costly for the service. While bothered, I had no reason to contradict their expertise, or as I thought. I was told since they also performed an alignment, that I would need to return the following week for them to look over the car for possible minor adjustments, sounds normal. The week I drove my car, I still had the same bumpy ride I was previously experiencing. I returned a week later as instructed and advised Ramon that the car was still bumpy, and the check engine light was still on even after following his recommendations. He became irate and elevating his voice as I replied accordingly. He apparently was upset that I compared the prices of Tires Plus to AutoZone. "We don't make the F****ing princes here, that's a cooperate thing". I elevated and stated we are both adults here and there is no reason for you to be speaking with a customer in such a manner. He replied that "well you can just take your F***ing car to someone else" and I replied that I would do no such thing since you and your company worked on it and provided the warranty seeing this is the reason for the excessive mark in pricing. He decided to walk out of the shop as he continued to use profanity. His store manager Frank Martinez was sitting next to him as this unfolded and attempted to apologize for Ramon's behavior. He stated Ramon had surgery the previous day and it is affecting his mood. I told him it was unacceptable, and Ramon should not be at work if that was truly the case. While he continued to be apologetic, he assured me that if I left my car, he would personally look over it and fix any issues if need be. He also stated he'd do another diagnostic test and would not charge me. I told him, of course you're not, seeing that I just paid for this last week. But he reassured me that all would be reviewed and corrected. I told him I did NOT want Ramon to touch my car. He agreed. I received a call a could hours later that my car has an electrical issue, a bent rim, a radiator leak, and that I would need to take it to the dealer. There is no way my car had these issues prior to allowing RAMON and Tires Plus of Spring Hill to touch my car. When I went to pick it up, the Frank was not there, instead it was Ramon at the front desk. He did not speak to me nor I to him. A Tire tech provided me with my keys and noticed that SOMEONE there has signed for me in the customer signature. I was very upset that Frank Martinez the store manager did not keep his word. My car reeked of gasoline, the inside door handle was broken and now I have 5 new lights Christmas lights. Now it's an electrical issue as the paperwork says. It also says there's a bent rim, radiator leak, and only God knows what else. Last week there was no documentation of such issues. I opted not to address these concerns with the staff / Ramon seeing how much of his child like mentality would only add to my anger, frustration, and disappointment. Instead, it's corporate time. TIRES PLUS WILL REFUND ALL MONIES PAID FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED AS WELL AS DEALERSHIP FEES or undergo LITIGATION! read more

I went to the facility to have tires rotated and had an appointment. The individual behind the counter was rude. The facility did not have reasonable accommodations for a disabled person. Even though I had previously purchased a dozen tires from them and had more than a thousand dollars in repairs done, they treated me like dirt. Thankfully I found a facility about a mile away with a lower price for the rotation and the staff was polite. I bought a protection plan from tires plus but I refuse to ever darken their doorstep again read more

My tire pressure light was on & I went to fill up the tire at the gas station & it ended up draining the entire tire of air so I threw a donut on & tires plus was closest to me after working a 12 hour shift on my way home. Darlene at the counter told me it would take 30 minutes before someone could get there to test the tire & within 10 minutes shane showed up. He tested the tire luckily no leaks & took the donut off & replaced it with the aired up tire & checked all 3 of my other tires & filled them all up & sent me on my way. He didnt have all 4 of the tires that I needed and was able to call another store and get the other two within twenty minutes, they were even able to fit me in same day. Went to get my 3rd oil change in a row from them and they stripped my oil pan plug and tried to charge me $500 to replace the whole oil pan. They Also left my air filter box open making my car run like crap till I realized what they had done. Then their area rep called my back about the oil pan and said it's normal wear and tear and they won't be replacing what they broke after being completely rude on the phone. I had to have a part replaced that was under warranty from a different location and made an appointment for 10:00am, almost 2 hours later they still hadn't looked at the car, so what is the point of the appointment. That being said, I will go back, but only when Tim is working. Derrick makes it seem like he has better things to do after being somewhat friendly before he knew why I was there. My mother took her car there to get a rotor looked at and a belt replaced. She dropped her car off at 1230 at tires plus. They called and said it was finished at 230 and ready for pickup. Okay two hours of labor, not so bad, right? I noticed they put down 4 hours of labor on the bill. I asked them to correct it. They said that's the national average and refused to fix the bill. I went down there in person and they threw me out and threaten to impound the car. My mother is 72 years old, and they ripped her off. Please don't go there. read more

I am unsure of this place. I came here to get 2 tires on my car . They were fast and efficient though a little overpriced. When i went to leave my car wouldn't start. Was told the battery was dead and i would need a new one. This is an odd coincidence to say the least, since its never done this before why now? Just got my Front brakes done , thought it was going to cost over $200 because I had been soaked by a different repair shop for my rear brakes ($400)... but these guys kept the price at a bare minimum with no extra add-ons !!! I am always wary of tire stores because of my negative experiences with too many of them. Tires Plus turned out to be the exception. I called them in the morning about a slow leak in one of my tires. they told me to come right down. Inside of 15 minutes they had pulled the tire and found the leak. It was close to the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. They did not have an exact match in stock, so they said they'd call me when they got one in. Less than four hours later they had the tire. Brought in a lawn tractor tire, they mounted them for me in the past. The write up guy was hesitant, but kept it. I came back 2 hours later and the only place one tire half through one rim and did not touch the other one at all. A totall waste of my time. Basically, it was a little hard work, I guess they could not do hard work. It is a commodity these days. Long story short, I did it myself in my garage in about 15 minutes for that first tire they started. It was hard, but I am in my 60's and did it. The beginning of December 2015 I went to Tires Plus in Spring Hill, FL. I took my BMW in for an oil change. A few days later my husband is getting ready to go pick up family from airport and oil light and check engine light both go on (coincidence, I don't think so) he checks oil, and its EMPTY!!! after only days since oil change and now curiously car is shaking, but it was 8 PM and we had to pick up family from airport, so we put oil in the car and left to pick up family. I told my husband, we have family over and its almost Christmas. We will take it to them after Christmas. I took it in today December 27th and the guy opens the hood and with just one look says oooohh its not our fault, this motor has been washed, and you can call your lawyer if you want. My jaw dropped WTF is wrong with these people??? Now, I'm convinced they sabotaged the car to get me to come in for more repairs, automatically assuming that because I drive a BMW I have money. Dear tires plus team, I am not going to contact a lawyer, but I will tell you what I will do. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and I will spread as much bad word of mouth advertising as humanly possible, and that my dear Spring Hill team is how this customer will handle your sabotaging my car.
