Had to pay out of pocket at Bmw of Arlington to have it fixed in 48hrs. They did provide a loaner after 3 weeks , communication is tiresome. Had to call daily and get conflicting reports . Zak and John were helpful in resolving some issues afterwards. My advice is don't get the extended warranty if you buy a car from them. It's a waste of time and money. Get your extended warranty from the manufacturer so it's not tied to the dealer. They need to focus on selling cars and leave the repairs to the professionals.

Although we couldn't quite reach an agreement on price after some negotiation, I was very impressed by the dealership. They are professional, accommodating, and completely legitimate. I'd still gladly recommend them! Follow up interaction: I was actively negotiating with Philip, but when he followed up, I politely informed him I'd found a better vehicle with lower miles for a lower price. Instead of a professional response, he literally laughed at me via text and sent rude messages like a child. I thought this was a reputable dealership, but this level of customer service is completely unacceptable and shady. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

While doing a routine oil change, I bought an air filter--their brand, Microgaurd--from this store about a week and a half ago. It was the wrong filter, and I couldn't return it right away because my Jeep was towed (bad alternator). When I did finally get around to returning the filter, and buying the right one, Chris, the store manager, wouldn't take the return without a receipt. Again, this was their mistake to begin with, and it was their brand of filter. Now I get it, his system was not registering the sale of that filter for the past three months, and I didn't have a phone number associated with the sale. But there WAS one of those filters (the wrong one) missing in his system. The long and the short of it is that Chris couldn't make the judgment that I wasn't conducting some elaborate scheme to steal $12 dollars from O'Reilly Auto parts without a receipt. This is an example of being unable to break out of a bureaucratic system and have a relationship with your customers. They made a mistake, I had to return to their store to correct that mistake, and because their system wasn't registering their mistake (again, that is their problem) I am out $12. I know: it's just twelve dollars, and my kids aren't going to starve. But I have already told my friends to stay away from O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I won't shop there again. I'll go somewhere where I can make a joke with the man behind the counter, and where they will treat me less like a thief, and more like a customer. There are plenty of other games in town.

I came to this location today around 11:40am from Grand Prairie because they had the battery I needed for my BMW. I walk in, 13 people in line. 1 person on register, 2 out looking for parts in the back. One gets finished looking for part, opens register and instead of taking the next person in the main line, she takes the first one closest to her and the line splits. Other person is finished looking for part in back, gets to the register to close out with the guy he was helping. I am standing behind him and when the customer is done, employee leaves me in line without saying a word. I move to the open register of the employee that split the line and when I'm next... she goes to install a battery while I'm at her counter without saying a word to me. Employee that disappeared as well as a new one that wasn't identified earlier goes outside to help install the battery. I'm left in a line by myself. Main line now has 7 people from 2 separate lines feeding into it while there's 1 employee looking for parts. Autozone may wanna question the ability of whatever managers on shift right now. Oh and the doorways alarm keeps going off as if someone is stealing something despite nobody walking though it.....
