Thankfully, AutoZone is right around the corner from home. We stopped in this store and were immediately greeted by an employee who pointed us in the right direction for batteries. Everything in the store is well signed to begin with, but the personal touch was nice. We took a look at the battery section and were still a bit confused. The same employee came over and asked if we needed help. He then assisted us in snagging the correct batteries for both vehicles. The pricing was very similar to what I had seen while researching online, so nothing to report there. During checkout, the friendly cashier explained to us that if we brought back the batteries we were replacing, we would get a portion of the purchase price back. Good to know, so we did that as well. I would recommend this store, as their team is very friendly, the store is clean and well laid out and the location is highly convenient.

Alex answered the phone and he found solutions for all my problems. I told him I was in a time crunch and he said "if you can get here asap, I got you. I'll get you in and out within your time frame". I pulled up, parked the car, got out and BOOM, there Alex was literally waiting for me to take the car into the shop! I went inside and I talked to Jared about higher grade tire options and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up going with the higher grade tires. Alex walked in at this point then rushed back out to tell the team about the new tires. I grabbed a complimentary water, sat down in a chair, talked on the phone for a couple minutes and then here walks in, Katelyn. She says "Riley!" You car is ready. I got up, but then quickly sat back down because it couldn't be me. I literally just dropped the car off. She's staring at me and says "Riley!". I hesitate... look out front and voila, there was my car waiting for me with 2 new tires. I was in disbelief! And I still am writing this. You guys have an F1 pit crew. That was truly AMAZING. I've had to come out to this location a couple times. The other time was cause I was repairing a car and this location was the closest to me. I haven't ever had a problem here. The counter guys are just like the other locations, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The parking here kinda sucks. There are like 6 spots in front and a billion in the back. It's kinda ridiculous.

Plus the Bosch wipers we like AND the grease gun/grease. We also needed a lift but decided to hold off on it this time since we were already over $100 and the lift was about $280. The only thing we didn't get was the sway bar bushings since they needed to be ordered, but no biggie! We found another alternative for that.
