Had recall work done here, tailgate would pop open while driving down the road is what the recall…read moresaid. I never had an issue before the recall. Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

They checked the batteries before purchase when the truck was running. 3 weeks after purchase when the truck sat for more than a day we uncovered there were 2 different batteries and one was dead on a 2024 RAM diesel truck. We were not offered an extended warranty either which he said would take care of it. BUYERS BEWARE TO CHECK BATTERIES!

Visited some of the quick lube places in town. Prices for $145 to Walmart at $46 for an oil change and $10 to rotate the tires. It took close to three hours, but was on a Saturday. In the future will go on a weekday. Or, I will just walk home and return late in the day. They did a great job. The other thing in the past at other places would get the service. One or two days later would see oil drops on my garage floor. From messy mechanic or not tight fitting in the oil pan. Not the case with Walmart/Kingman. I have a second car and March 2025 is one year on the vehicle. Also under 1000 miles driven. Taking it to WM/Kingman for maintenance. You cannot beat the price, and they do an excellent job.

My 2017 Kia Niro was towed to this dealership on September 4 and remained there until I ultimately…read morehad it towed elsewhere on September 14. I authorized their $220 diagnostic fee. A few days after the vehicle arrived, service advisor Sydney called and told me the car needed, at minimum, a new hybrid battery and fuel pump, with a verbal estimate of approximately $6,400. My concern was what happened after that. I repeatedly called and emailed requesting the written diagnostic findings and an itemized estimate so I could understand exactly what had been tested, what had failed, and how the approximately $6,400 estimate was calculated. I never received either one. Communication was also extremely poor. Multiple emails to Sydney went unanswered, and I only received a response after calling the dealership, speaking with someone else, and explaining that my emails had not been answered. Because I live approximately two hours away from the dealership, I was relying heavily on phone and email communication for updates, which made the lack of response especially frustrating. When I ultimately arranged to have the vehicle towed elsewhere, I gave the dealership relatively short notice, so I understand they may not have had sufficient time to fully reassemble everything before the tow arrived. After the vehicle was delivered to my home, I discovered that the rear seat remained removed for access to the hybrid battery, a large underbody cover panel had been removed and placed inside the vehicle, and some electrical/fuse connections remained disconnected under the hood and inside the car. My primary concern is that after my vehicle spent 10 days at an authorized Kia dealership, and after being given a verbal diagnosis involving thousands of dollars in repairs, I still could not obtain a written diagnostic report or itemized estimate despite repeatedly requesting them. When a customer is being told a vehicle requires over $6,400 in repairs, I believe providing that information in writing is a very reasonable expectation. Unfortunately, the communication and follow-through I experienced fell far short of what I expected from an authorized Kia service department, and I would not use this service department again.
