Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

They checked the batteries before purchase when the truck was running. 3 weeks after purchase when the truck sat for more than a day we uncovered there were 2 different batteries and one was dead on a 2024 RAM diesel truck. We notified the dealership and they were unwilling to replace the bad battery. The salesman said there was a 15 day warranty on engine/transmission that we were not made aware of. We were not offered an extended warranty either which he said would take care of it. BUYERS BEWARE TO CHECK BATTERIES!

When my wife came out, she noticed that the undercarriage of the trailer had come loose, and folded underneath. We managed to limp over to Trotter's RV Repair to have it fixed. We figured that we would have to get a motel room for the night, at the very least. The owner had ok'ed us to come over, and they put their guy Dustin on it. We came in at about 2 PM, and he had us back on the road by about 3:30. And without telling, the price they charged was more than fair. Let me tell you, that if we lived close enough, nobody else would ever work on this trailer. All the folks there were absolutely a dream. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys. Visited some of the quick lube places in town. Prices for $145 to Walmart at $46 for an oil change and $10 to rotate the tires. It took close to three hours, but was on a Saturday. In the future will go on a weekday. Or, I will just walk home and return late in the day. They did a great job. The other thing in the past at other places would get the service. One or two days later would see oil drops on my garage floor. From messy mechanic or not tight fitting in the oil pan. Not the case with Walmart/Kingman. I have a second car and March 2025 is one year on the vehicle. Also under 1000 miles driven. Taking it to WM/Kingman for maintenance. You cannot beat the price, and they do an excellent job.
