I informed him that since I purchased a break light bulb pack several months ago, if he could put the little bulb into my other brake light. With a blank look says, sorry we don't do that here. So in order for me to buy the first pack and them to install that little lightbulb with a tool that I don't have, I asked him if he could install the other set of bulb that just burned out. He said no it's against our policy. The elderly man working next to him says "I don't know what's going on. I don't know what you're talking about". Nice guys. Try to be a little bit more friendlier, get off your cell phone, smile, and have a little customer service like you did the first time.
