On the way home we talk about the process he just went through while I was looking over the receipt for the so-called military discount. I don't see a the military discount. I told him let's call and ask how the process works. The lady explained it exactly the same as he did to me He asked the lady, so why didn't I get my discount is it because they don't like me jokingly she replies back jokingly, " You're right". THIS LEAD US TO BELIEVE THAT NAPA DOES NOT HONOR THEIR MILITARY DISCOUNT! So turns out the alternator was going out , so John check to see if he had the part which he didn't , but he went the extra mile to call around town for me to find the part. Once we located a part at other place he offer to have me come back after I pick up the part to use there garage & tools to change the part to get me back on the road !!! I like how quick they are with adjusting run groups "on the fly" with drivers that may have been a bit too eager to move up to the 'Advanced' group. This tells me they pay attention to each run groups carefully; ensuring a smooth track time for everyone in their respective run group. The guys are friendly. Easy to talk to. Very approachable should you run into any issues throughout the day. You get a lot of quality track time and value. For the price they charge for their events I say it's hard to beat. Their signature '2-hour open pit sessions' offers some of the better value This goes on top of the regular 5 sessions. It's perfect to test/tune your car. Many track day groups say they keep "car counts low"... but it doesn't always translate that into the actual track time. Well, Turn 8 are truly "low car counts". From my experience, track seem open in the 'Advance' group. The racetrack is seemingly open. Traffic is kept to a minimum since drivers are grouped properly and accordingly with their current skill/experience. Their Time Attack is also another fun bonus should you sign up for it. They are sponsored by some of the well-known vendors/companies out there so the prizes for winning are epic. Keep this up, Turn 8!

Mike tried to fix it but failed. Instead of trying to fix the problem he game me over to someone else that did nothing. Come to find out the circuit board for furnace and AC was burned up from the factory. All I received is its somebody's falt. $980 later it will be fixed. I went back and talked to them about it and they wanted to charge me $50 just to look at it and would not stand behind their work Terrible business practice they want the sale but they don't stand behind anything they do.So I took it to Dave's Motorsports and he looked at it for nothing and fixed it for a lot less than they wanted to charge me.
