Would not give a refund on a part due to a bit of grease on it, it wiped off very easily by the way. Part was never installed. No way to do business . These are auto parts and there is usually some grease involved. They have lost 2 good customers today. I guess their Corporate Office doesn't care if the manager chases off customers. I would suggest they make their policy very clear. I dont ever recall having issues returning a hard part to any other O'reilly's store. So long O'reilly's. I would advise any DYI mechanics in Klamath Falls, Oregon to take their business elsewhere. read more

Went here yesterday with my mother and she had went inside to get a diagnostic test done for her car and this chick came out, her demeanor was not welcoming at all might I mind you. After she had finished my mom asked for a print out because Autozone does, she rolled her eyes and said they don't do print outs. Today, my mother came back with an older gentleman to get car parts for her car, not ONE person acknowledged them. She had to walk to the back for he store to ask a lady that was carrying stock to help her since no one help would. She immediately had an attitude and replied with "I guess". Girls like this give other woman a bad reputation for working at an auto parts store. You should probably reevaluate who you're hiring. My brother is a perfectly good mechanic and you guys refused to hire him but you hire two females like that. Smh. read more

This is the first parts store I call anymore, because I know that if I call and Hector answers the phone, he'll take care of me. Of all the parts store employees in town, he understands that my truck is a half year model and that the parts can be wonky. He also trusts that I know what I'm talking about because I've been driving my truck for almost 20 years now. I'm grateful that someone understands me when I call and doesn't treat me like a "stupid female" when I know what I need, and helps me troubleshoot and find the part when I don't know what I need too. Worst auto parts store on earth! The employees are nasty and rude and they do not honor the company's return policy. I purchased halogen headlamps for my car and the employee gave me the wrong bulb number. Upon returning them to the store the very next day with my receipt to exchange them for the right headlamps I needed, I was then told they are not returnable since I had opened the package, (how else was I going to install them in my car?) and I was out over $100 for bulbs I cannot even use and do not fit my car. Boycott Schucks/Kragen/Checkers, they have numerous consumer complaints against them and are a ripoff company of the worst kind! read more

Great Help. I was driving through Kalamath Falls this last Sunday. I had just come through a lot of snow and rain and my wiper blades couldn't take it anymore. I did a quick stop. Within 15 minutes I had new wiper blades installed and was back on my way. Excellent help!!! read more
