Stop in and talk to John who came outside to test the battery & alternator in the truck . So turns out the alternator was going out , so John check to see if he had the part which he didn't , but he went the extra mile to call around town for me to find the part. Once we located a part at other place he offer to have me come back after I pick up the part to use there garage & tools to change the part to get me back on the road !!! On the way home we talk about the process he just went through while I was looking over the receipt for the so-called military discount. I don't see a the military discount. I told him let's call and ask how the process works. The lady explained it exactly the same as he did to me He asked the lady, so why didn't I get my discount is it because they don't like me jokingly she replies back jokingly, " You're right". So when you go to change the part out just to find that they gave you the wrong part and they are closed for the next two days what do you think happens?! Obviously you have to go to another business for what you need because going without a car for 3 days just isn't going to work when you have children that need to go to their sports events and happen to be a productive member of society therefore we do have jobs we must go to. So when I buy the correct part I need else where and try to return the WRONG part that YOU gave me is extremely frustrating when I'm told that my only option is to get the correct part (which I DON'T NEED because I already got it somewhere else since you were closed) or get store credit (which I probably won't use considering you've proven to be incapable of providing the correct part when given the correct specifications). You did your job wrong, you gave me the wrong part, you weren't available for 2 more days to right your wrong and now you won't refund the cash that I gave you in the first place? Very poor business ethic. That's not how you get repeat business. I would not recommend going here at all. Personally I've had excellent experiences with "you pull it" and that's where my loyalty and future business will be taken from now on.

Mike tried to fix it but failed. Instead of trying to fix the problem he game me over to someone else that did nothing. Come to find out the circuit board for furnace and AC was burned up from the factory. All I received is its somebody's falt. $980 later it will be fixed. I trusted Mike but never again, he don't care no more. Bad Customer Service.....
