I explained when I walked in that I was looking to purchase a battery and I chose O'Reilly because they install it for me. I purchased the battery and was then told that they don't do installations. Nobody bothered to mention that to me before I spent $200+. I told them the website says they do and they've done it for me before. I was then told that they've never done installations but the mechanic next door will do it for me for "not too expensive". I got to my car and called the Angleton location who said that the employees were most likely lazy and they would take care of me. I drove to Angleton and the worker was happy to install it. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and being lied to when told "O'Reilly has never done battery installations". Please don't insult my intelligence like that.

I drove to the Lake Jackson store immediately (this all happened within 15 mins). The Lake Jackson store didn't know what I was talking about, so they called Clute. Clute then proceeded to tell them they never spoke to me. Avoid these idiots.

They all lie and they broke or tore up more than they fixed. Not to mention won't call you back and hide from you when there is a problem and they can't BS you. Sad thing is I i like to support my local businesses but I will not recommend or support them as long as they haVe this group of people working their service department. Here's a few things they did: Told me they replaced 4 motors on both my slides. They did not replace them, but the warranty was charged to replace them When replacing my slide roof they screwed through the sidewall of my slide which cracked my fiberglass all the way across. Now I have to have that repaired. Tore up my benches inside my camper, drilled through the motors which burned them up and I had to replace them, paneling is falling down, caught power wire in slide track which grounded it out and fried that motor to. The list goes on and on. The roof on slide holds water because there is no bracing in the center so it sags and water gets in. They couldn't even find where water was getting in at do they replaced the roof it wasn't even the roof, my husband found the leak after fixed it after they charged the insurance for materials for the roof repair.

Manager Kim stated she could do nothing about it and basically it was my problem arriving exactly at closing time. I waited until I could get someone to assist me on helping me as I parked in front of store with no help what so ever. Employees inside laughed and thought it was funny. I will never want someone to go trough this ever. Worst feeling ever. This happend today 4/16/2020 Kim was manager on duty and 3 other employees. I would share this hurtful experience trough my media pages and will hope AutoZone stores could train their employees to help those who needed it bad . I understand there is rules as to closing procedures but they clearly knew I was in a urgent need and they could had just stay 1-5 minutes to let me purchase a battery.

Small Buc-ee's, but management does a good job of bringing the charm with hot burritos, BBQ…read moresandwiches, snacks, jerkies, beaver stuff, etc. The men's restroom isn't adequate for the volume of people going in and out. If line has to form for the only two sit down toilets and my kiddo has to go, it spells disaster! Not an ideal place if your kid needs to use the restroom and can't wait. They sell coffee (lattes, drip, etc.) at this location and it has a drive through. Convenient! If you are deciding on which burrito to get, just choose the cheese steak. It's so good!
