I know there is a time limit where you can return something if you're unsatisfied with it. After me calling for multiple days they quit answering me and would no longer respond. Needless to say I'm still in a vehicle I DO not like. Terrible service unless you're buying. After that they don't care about you!! Will not recommend or ever shop here again. I explained when I walked in that I was looking to purchase a battery and I chose O'Reilly because they install it for me. I purchased the battery and was then told that they don't do installations. Nobody bothered to mention that to me before I spent $200+. I told them the website says they do and they've done it for me before. I was then told that they've never done installations but the mechanic next door will do it for me for "not too expensive". I got to my car and called the Angleton location who said that the employees were most likely lazy and they would take care of me. I drove to Angleton and the worker was happy to install it. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and being lied to when told "O'Reilly has never done battery installations". Please don't insult my intelligence like that.
