If I could give zero stars I would. Went in earlier today (7/20) at around 10:30 and was greeted by the Assistant manager (who was also the only one on duty at the time). I went in needing fender bolts, but I didn't know the name at the time. So I walked up to the counter, and described the problem: the rear fender on my car keeps detaching and I need some kind of clips to hold it in place but I don't know what they're called or what kind will work for my car. I also tried to show a picture to better explain, but he was too focused on whatever was on his computer. Then he looked at me confused so I tried again to show the picture and explain again. He actually looked at the picture this time and then began to explain why I didn't need clips and how I just need to pop it back in place and it'll be fine. I mentioned that this didn't work as it would just pop back out again randomly. Honestly I don't even remember how the interaction ended, but he was so rude the whole time I ended up leaving after he tried to tell me to just "pop the piece back into place" despite me explaining why that didn't work. Sexist a-hole who barely gave me the time of day. I was in there for maybe two minutes and it was a massive waste of time. Employee was dismissive and sexist. I've had O'Reilly's employees help me install car batteries before so wtf happened here? I wasn't expecting much in the way of help but I left the shop PISSED about how I was treated and ended up going to a different auto parts store for help. Won't be coming back here. read more

Fuck these guys! The guy that works there asked me a question, just because I answered it wrong he started raising his voice and treated me like a dumbass. I wouldn't recommend this place very rude and disrespectful. So I ended up buying parts at auto zone. read more

I cannot believe how rude Gabriel was there. An alternator that was purchased there just a few months prior was faulty and my husband had no choice but to change it out there in O'Reillys parking lot and thanks to some of our friends bringing us the necessary tools, he was able to install the new one but not before GABRIEL had come out wanting us to, "wrap it up". Obviously we wouldn't have even been there had they sold a good part in the first place...don't expect any kindness from staff, you won't get it. read more

I'm just starting to build a relationship with these folks primarily because my long time favorite parts stores aren't open till 9 PM and so far so good. I was in their industry in the past and I'm very knowledgeable about what makes a good parts store and what doesn't. It starts with the phone... I've called 6 times and the call was answered quickly every time with an articulate clearly enunciating person that didn't talk so fast that you wonder if they're paid by the word. They were helpful and informative without asking too many irrelevant questions (the mark of experience). My wife went in with a sample to pick up the parts that I asked them to set aside over the phone. They compared the parts to confirm that I was on the right track and it went very well. I went in for the first time myself last night and the store had ample parking and it was clean and organized with clear signage identifying the isles' contents. The crew was neat and friendly. It was all good! And just so you know... as you look for a good store. If the counterman EVER acts condescending, or cocky; if he ever runs down a mechanic (home or professional), or another store; if he/she seems disinterested or refuses to offer advice or needed tool rental.... RUN!! Those are the YAHOOS that have wasted more of my time and money with wrong parts over the years. None of those things happened at O'Reilly last night. It will take a few more visits to earn 5 stars, but so far so good! read more
