I had walked away annoyed and empty handed. Natasha remembered me from my last visit, even little details about me, like my mom being here on a visit and me owning a cleaning business. When she couldn't find an answer to a question, she had Cory come help. I love this location and the staff. My truck was barely running after limping off Highway 101, and I pulled into the store with only about 15 minutes before closing. Most places would have been watching the clock, but not these guys. They kept the doors open, came outside with a code reader, and helped diagnose the problem. They didn't stop there--they helped troubleshoot the issue, swapped relays with me, looked up the correct replacement parts, and even helped install them to get us back on the road. I had never met Brett or Simon before that day. They treated us like longtime customers and went far above and beyond what anyone would expect from an auto parts store. As a business owner with employees of my own, I know great customer service when I see it. These are exactly the kind of employees every company hopes to have representing their business. Their knowledge, professionalism, willingness to help, and genuine care were outstanding. A huge high five to Brett and Simon! I recieved it in the mail a couple days later and brought it straight to my machinist.....well, all of the intake valves were bent! I wasn't looking forward to this conversation at all, as most auto wreckers don't have the greatest reputation in this area. I couldn't have been more wrong! They took care of the issue quickly and refunded me. I will make a point of doing business with these folks again, everyone makes mistakes, misses things, but the best of them own up to it and take care of the issue without conflict.
