Confirm that she did not have it at her store, but checked all the other batteries pluses in the area and confirmed that none of the stores carried that particular Battery But even offered another company for me to try. Unfortunately, that company was a big box store that I had already reached out to and hung up because all I could get was an animated service that could not help me.
