I had a really great experience at this location. I hate playing the damsel in distress but I moved…read morehere about a year ago after a divorce, I don't know anyone and my ex husband used to handle all the car stuff. When my headlight went out I could just picture getting pulled over for it. Fix-It tickets are the worst to deal with. When I walked in, there was a young man who immediately came over to greet me. I told him what I needed and he didn't even have to look it up, he walked me right over to where the part was and provided a cheaper option and a more expensive option and he explained what I was getting with each one so I could make an informed decision. When I asked him if he knew someone who could help install it, without hesitation he had me lead him to my car and he said he could do. He literally replaced the bulb in two minutes. At least after watching him I know where to look. I wish I had caught his name. He was really skinny and his front teeth were missing. If you see him in store, you will get great service. I would definitely come back here again and recommend my single lady friends to do the same.

When I tried to price match the Asst Manager Mike arrogantly with an attitude said NO and they only price match Wal-Mart with basic products like oil and coolant and that my items weren't valid to price match??? WTF ??? I guess Autozone down the road will be getting all of my COMMERCIAL $10,000 a year business, the Manager Chris prices is very nice and matches NO QUESTIONS ASKED

Was not willing to find the port for the scanner under the dashboard. He told me that he knew how to operate the scanner. Was not warm, friendly and did not try to be helpful. Behaved like he just didn't need my business. He was no help and told me to take the car to a mechanic. No one is perfect but this guy did not even make an attempt or show any effort to assist a customer. I believe he really did not want to help me, he never got a scanner reading which I think was possible. Why do I believe a scanner reading was possible? Because I just came from Auto Zone on Lindsey and 12th where the guy was nice to me, got a reading and I wanted a second opinion. The Auto Zone gentleman hooked up the scanner which required him to change his body position from standing. He was informative, friendly and knowledgeable. He handed me two scanner printouts and seemed to have a real understanding of the issue gained by experience. The O'Reilly gentleman stood there, stared at me and said, PLUG IT IN, like I know how to connect a scanner. From now on its AUTO ZONE. Although I will still sing along with the snappy O, O, O'reilly radio jingle in the car. That was big Madison Avenue Ad Agency money well spent. And if you get a Malfunction Indicator Lamp in a Toyota Echo.....Echo.....Echo, try tightening your gas cap. UPDATE...11/20/11 Took old car battery and lawn tractor battery to O'Reilly last week. They told me they are worthless even for trade in. Went down the road to Auto Zone. They gave me five bucks a piece in the form of a Merchandise Credit card for $10 that has no expiration date. Keep it in my wallet in case I need wiper blades or something. They give $15 on the old battery on trade in when you buy a new one.
