I had a really great experience at this location. I hate playing the damsel in distress but I moved here about a year ago after a divorce, I don't know anyone and my ex husband used to handle all the car stuff. When my headlight went out I could just picture getting pulled over for it. Fix-It tickets are the worst to deal with. When I walked in, there was a young man who immediately came over to greet me. I told him what I needed and he didn't even have to look it up, he walked me right over to where the part was and provided a cheaper option and a more expensive option and he explained what I was getting with each one so I could make an informed decision. When I asked him if he knew someone who could help install it, without hesitation he had me lead him to my car and he said he could do. He literally replaced the bulb in two minutes. At least after watching him I know where to look. I wish I had caught his name. He was really skinny and his front teeth were missing. If you see him in store, you will get great service. I would definitely come back here again and recommend my single lady friends to do the same. read more

John is awesome! I barely spoke to anyone else here outside of " good morning " ....but the cheerful faces and attitudes of everyone was a reflection of the great service John gave me. John the store manager was absolutely fantastic. Yesterday I had a bad battery issue and it went from bad to worse. He helped me install this battery that took us well over 2 hours to install. He was very patient and kind and he helped out the rest of his co-workers with different things as he was helping me. He was fantastic to deal with and he was very helpful. As soon as I walked in a red head girl with a bun said give me a second and walked around aimlessly behind the shelves and didn't want to help us. She seemed disgusted with my mom and I 's presence. This is our first time to Oklahoma, so that didn't feel very welcoming. After about 5 minutes a male asked us if we have been helped and finally helped us. I gave my battery to them for recharging. After a day I went to pick it up. There were 3 guys with no customer. One of the guys brought the battery. They usually check the voltage after recharging, but he didn't. I asked him to check the voltage. He reluctantly did it but did not announce it. I asked about voltage, he told me it is 12.3. When I used the battery, my system showed it is 11.3 volts!!!! read more
