The store has amazingly helpful and friendly staff. I came in to get an engine air filter and a replacement headlight bulb, and the staff working they immediately greeted me and helped me find the right filter for my car's year, make and model. I used to be concerned about their small parking lot whenever I drove by, but it was absolutely no problem during my visit on a Saturday afternoon! Randy and Chris are just amazing! I had to replace one of my headlight bulbs on my older model Honda Civic. Randy quickly looked up my options and I settled for switching both bulbs with standard brightness. Randy offered to help me do the install and I was completely thrilled as I am not too handy. Chris came out to assist me. Let me just say this turned out to be nothing like a simple bulb replacement. One of the bulbs was REALLY stuck and would NOT come out. Chris used multiple tools, Randy came out to assist, and the bulb still wouldn't come out. By this time, it was POURING RAIN! They both got drenched yet never stopped working on my car. They had to remove a container with fluid in it (not sure what it was) to get more space to maneuver. They were finally able to dislodge the bulb and remove it. Then a gust of wind knocked the new light bulb into the engine block! Oh no! Chris tried to reach into the block to grab the bulb and Randy was under the car (in the rain) trying to reach the bulb. They finally were able to reach the bulb and finish changing my headlights! They went above and beyond in extremely bad weather! Thank you both so much! read more

I came here to get new wiper blades. I gave them my car model and they looked it up in their computer and grab the correct one for me. Luckily they offered to install it in the parking lot for me. They had trouble installing it and asked one of their colleagues and realized the computer had suggested the wrong part and we got the correct one put on. Needed to have my car battery replaced in my '08 Mazda CX-9. Since I've limited mobility in my hands, I wanted to have them install it. The Callan Blvd location in SSF had the battery but didn't have enough staff to install it & the guy on the phone had poor English, which made it difficult to understand clearly what they actually had in stock. They are so helpful here, especially when i need help picking out parts for my vehicle. Filling the space an employee might occupy but know nothing about what is in the store at the time. Absolutely horrible. I came in to buy some equipment for my car and was helped by Kris who could not even speak to me in a normal tone. I am very obviously a person of color but I don't know what he was thinking when he spoke to me in an INDIAN accent and acted like I was incapable of English. I could even see how his co workers were embarrassed that he was talking to me in that way. Seriously, what the heck dude. Thankfully, Scott came and helped me out with some questions I had. I'm only giving 3 stars because of his outstanding customer service and how he really went beyond to meet my needs. He made sure to explain every detail of each product and the purpose of it while remaining a funny and positive attitude. While i was waiting on my wife, he was actively working - restocking, sweeping, and helping other customer. Probably the best worker I've ever encountered. Shoutout to him I never leave reviews but this was something I had never experienced and wanted my post to help with other customers who come across this store. I will definitely recommend Scott to others and would only return with his help. Someone needs to do something about Kris because it's completely unacceptable. read more

Massive improvement I think! Since the shop has transmogrified into an O'Reilly, I've been floored in so many ways! The shelves have gotten much taller, which means more room for more parts and cool stuff for you too look at and a better chance of getting what you are looking for or a fantastic substitute. Seems to me the inventory has greatly increased and it has great organization. The staff also has really stepped up their game on service and being knowledgeable as well. Customers get a much better feeling that the staff is there to help you, not just do the minimum for a paycheck. The gentleman helping me let me sort through all of the oil draining containers until I found one that wasn't damaged. I just stopped by for oil change supplies and I got exactly what I needed with no "uhm...erm" sort of confusion for a filter when I've gotten similar for very standard sorts of items for replacement. Had an overall wonderful experience at this store. Came in after my battery wouldn't start and needed to immediately replace it as I had my 3 year old son in tow (who was in quite the ornery mood) and couldn't risk my car dying again on me that day. We went in requesting a new battery and they were happy to find us a new battery, but with the current staffing shortages, they were not sure if they could squeeze in the install. After a few minutes helping customers in line, they let me know Chris could fit in our install!! After he helped me select the best option battery for our car, he took great care and attention to remove my old one, and install the new battery. He was super friendly and worked diligently to make sure it was installed correctly and was super understanding when my son was starting to loose his 3yr old mind.
