    I feel like they should have distilled water... but they don't. The service is pretty good though - but parking is awful some times!

    Screen Card So, long…read morestory short, I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra at the gym to the point that it was completely unusable. Once I got home, I put in a claim with my phone insurance through my provider (Xfinity Mobile), and they gave me an option to replace the phone for $99 or to get it fixed for free. Now, I've heard replacement screens can be not as good as the originals, but on the other hand, "free" just happens to be my favorite price--so I took a chance and put in for the repair. This Batteries Plus (B+) was the closest official repair shop in my area, so once I put in my claim, they sent me a link to schedule my appointment, and away I went. The Good: * Tons of appointment times available, and they were totally fine with me moving it up once my schedule cleared up. * Street and lot parking * Fantastic customer service by the three different gentlemen (sorry, I didn't get names). They were fast, reliable, and polite. I was in and out with the drop-off in less than 5 minutes. * Not only are they polite, but they're super fast and they had the parts in stock. They quoted me 1.5 hours, but it was done in less than one! * The screen seems as good as the original, and they claim they use only factory original Samsung parts for the repair. The Meh: * The website to make the claim kept wanting to send text message verifications. Well, if I'm putting in a phone claim then why would you assume I have access to it???? 0_o Not B+'s fault but just needed to vent that. The Ugly: * Breaking your phone is just the worst. -_- Conclusion: Don't be an idiot like me and break your phone, but if you do B+ is here for you!

They have sent me lots of spam. Articles about how to check my batteries, about when to replace my batteries, supporting the troops, golf kart battery sales... Second Review - 1/5 stars (This was a duplicate review - my bad, I didn't realize you should edit vs post new reviews - it was taken down by the business. In other words, they are checking Yelp, but are not stopping with the spam) Nonstop spam. Really a bad move - I buy lots of batteries. (I have 5 cars and a lead acid power grid for my burning man camp. They were my sole battery vendor, but have abused my personal details, which I foolishly shared - to buy batteries from them! - to such an outrageous extent that I'm done. Initial review - 2/5 stars Aggressive spamming of personal details Really a shame - good products, courteous and knowledgeable staff. But if you give them any personal info they spam the daylights out of you. I have bought all of my serious batteries from them for about a decade (cars, burning man solar system) - yet they jeopardize that relationship by spamming me To the business: I sincerely hope you stop sending marketing email to anyone who shares their details with you. I share PII with you to do business, not so you can sell it. I don't care what your privacy policy says, I have a "no $ to spammers policy". I also hope you stop taking negative reviews down and instead consider the feedback. I will share that I picked up my most recent order sometime in Q1 2026 and I will be happy to remove this review a year after I receive my last marketing email from you. Also: I've talked to other businesses who had an error in their customer database settings that was sending marketing email to every email on file, perhaps this is why you are spamming me. I'm making a 7,000 WH battery for burning man this weekend, and I regret that I am unable to consider you as a vendor for this purchase. Perhaps next time.
