Be careful when going to this business. I went in for a simple oil change and noticed it was taking much longer than usual. Then one of the staff told me that whoever did my last oil change had broken the oil cap. That didn't make any sense--if it were broken, oil would be leaking everywhere. I told him the last person who worked on my car is my brother-in-law, who's been maintaining it for 20 years. After that, his attitude changed and he went back to "check" the oil again. If something gets damaged, just be honest and take responsibility instead of blaming someone else. This will be my last visit here. Paying $90.00 is not a great value read more

FINAL UPDATE: After TWO MONTHS of back and forth (mostly non-response from O.C.), they mailed a check for the fraction of the damage that they were willing to pay. This I should also note, after they called to verify my name and address, and still got both wrong on the check. Fortunately I was still able to get it deposited. These people can't write checks correctly and they leave the oil drain plug unscrewed. I'm just stating facts supported by evidence. Why would anyone do business with them? read more

Considering there were three cars ahead of me I was out of there in about an hour and 20 minutes, maybe less. They came around letting us know the timeframe that they will get to us and once they got their flow going and went pretty smoothly they check your fluids, washer, windshield, and are super friendly. I don't have to use the bathroom, but I did over hear a few customers given the okay to use the facilities. I was able to get a $10 off coupon from their website just had to enter my phone number and email and they honored it which was great! I love that you drive up and they take care of the rest. My husband has been coming to them for years. Highly recommend overall not bad price for a full synthetic oil change, including the coupon. read more

They didn't put the lower engine cover / skid plate from my oil change back on my car after an oil change. Zero apologies or attempts to reimburse for poor service, time wasted, or extra gas used when I could not take my car on a road trip as planned due to needing it to be fixed. I had to take my other vehicle instead. What a terrible experience all around. Mind you I paid over $100 for the oil change. Do not go here. Unless you want to ruin your car, week, and wallet. read more

I was here Friday night, 8/14/2026. I was busy on my phone and didn't notice if they checked my tire pressure. I didn't think they did. So I asked and was told they did and in fact they said it was done at 35. Upon reaching home, I checked my emailed receipt and true enough I was lied to. The written tire pressure is only 32. This is not nice. Saying you rendered a specific service when in fact it wasn't done at all. Shame on these two employees. You know who you are. read more

Took my partner's car here for an oil change and the experience was excellent in every way. I called ahead to check if there was a wait -- there wasn't -- and I ended up being in and out in about 15-20 minutes. They have a camera in the shop so you can watch the entire oil change from your car, which is a great transparency touch. They washed my windows, checked all the lights (turn signals, brake lights, high and low beams), and showed me the dipstick before and after the oil change. They also checked the engine air filter and let me know it still had some life left -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest information. The total came out to about $150, which feels like a great value considering the speed, convenience, and the going rate for oil changes these days. With the oil change, they also offered a buy-one-get-one car wash deal. The wash is quick and convenient -- not perfect, but totally solid for a fast clean. Got my oil changed here about 3 months ago. They recommended I change my air filler but it wasn't bad and didn't have too many miles on it. About a month ago I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and they let me know that I had no air filler. Oil changers didn't put mine back!! Negligent and I could have easily gone another year without realizing. Also they didn't apply my coupon when I presented it. I noticed right after I paid. The last time I got this great service was the last time I came here for an honest oil change. This review is for people who go to other chain oil change places and all of a sudden you're shown oil from your car and what new fluids look like. Your old, me, young, unexperienced and your $75 oil change tops $200. These people are honest and friendly. The car I drove in is a 2003 Nissan Juke, don't ask. it's been rode hard and put away wet. Always have a satisfactory experience at oil changers. They do a nice job and I don't usually have to wait terribly long. The only thing that bothers me is the constant upsell I can always say no but I feel like I probably should do what's recommended And wind up consenting. They do things correctly and even made sure they had the proper oil for my car which was not using standard oil. I really appreciated that. Wow I've never been through an INTERACTIVE oil change! Getting my oil changed is one of those annoying tasks I have to do as part of car maintenance and I dread it twice a year. Now that I'm getting ready to sell my car, I haven't been taking it to the dealership anymore so I decided to try out Oil Changers which is kinda like JiffyLube or Speedy Oil Change. Except you actually stay in your car and they'll ask you to step on the breaks or rev up the engine as part of their routine checks as they change your oil out. There's also a $15 coupon from their website. Today I needed to get my air filter in my glove box changed so the total came out to $130. This place is good if you wanna swing by and see if the lines are short. You should be in and out within 15 minutes! read more

Loved this place for convenience and customer service until today. I had my oil change done less than 5 days ago; and was encouraged to also change transmission oil. During the service it was apparent multiple people were being trained which was okay. However soon after my check engine light came on. When I called Saturday and explained the situation and asked if I could have them check everything was done correctly they said yes; of course. When I came Sunday I was told that they don't handle check the engine lights. I explained I called the day before and wanted it to be looked at. The manger simply used the diagnostic machine to check what the light meant. He showed me the message and said 9/10 times it's not their fault and it looks like I used the wrong gas or something and implied it was my fault. After sending to my uncle who is a mechanic but lives out of town; its more than likely someone did leave a air hose loose or possible spill oil near the O2 sensor. Now I need to look for someone to troubleshoot or pay to fix the issue before it effects my catalytic converter. I would have appreciated if the manager simply could have checked that all steps were completed accurately and not made to feel like a dumbass who put the wrong kind of gas in; which to be clear I have not even had to get gas since the initial maintenance. Unfortunately lost my business and it sucks cuz I love the convenience of this place. Update: my air hose was torn. After talking to the mechanic who replaced it he told me he suspects it was torn during oil change when moving air filter. Also the code that's as showing meant that my car was gettinf not enough fuel or too much air. Not that I put the wrong gas in. read more
