I have always had good experiences when dealing with Rick's. You only pay for the job to get done…read more They don't inflate your check with a tone of, "you probably don't know anything about cars so you wouldn't know what a fair price is." Parts plus rate per hour equals the bill. They don't sweet-talk you, patronize you, upsell or try to get you to buy things you don't need. They've never told me that they don't have enough hands to get me in but they also never take more than a day or two. For one issue I had, she told me, "well I know replacing the whole system would solve the issue but that's too expensive. We're not going to do that. We need to find the problem." I also had a nail in my tire but she said she wasn't going to bill me to plug the hole because she remembered I told her I had a minor issue from the last time I came in. They operate old school where taking care of customers is the best way to get and keep customers.
