Having never been to Palestine, TX before, my only thought was I hoped to find an auto store with the correct battery and the willingness to change it out for me. I called AutoZone, as I waited for AAA to get me jumped started and they confirmed that they had several batteries in stock for my truck & they'd swap it out at NO EXTRA FEE! Upon arrival, Hunter confirmed the correct battery for my truck and jumped right in to the task at hand. GMC didn't make it easy with their "over-engineering" of the battery compartment & my lifted truck added to the challenge. Within 30 minutes Hunter had me back on the road to Austin like a champ! So I borrow a friends hubby to help and apparently they pulled the track out of one side and zip tied the other... then charged me. So I paid 150 bucks for them to gut my car and not fix anything. I came here to get my Avalon serviced and they were very helpful and the prices for service are very fair, it was $24.95 for my 3 month oil change (using their online coupon). My car was in and out in about a half hour and there was a very nice waiting area, where I was able to charge my phone, get a free snack, and just relax. I have owned my own store and have been involved in the auto industry for over 15 years and I can say that I have great confidence in this dealership's future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car.
