Great place to buy a car! Steven is super helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this…read moredealership to everyone.

Almost 1yr ago after being in a near fatal head on crash we were looking for a new vehicle to…read morereplace ours that was totaled. My wife ran across a 2007 chrysler 300 online at apache so we went to check it out. Steven baker was the salesman and after driving it we jumped on the car considering only $9,799 for 2007 chrysler 300 with 67,000. I had to leave for west Texas to work so I asked Steven what all paperwork I would need my signature on which he told me just one so I signed that asking again to verify that that's all the only signature he needed for me because my wife will be coming back the next evening to finish up the deal and he said yes just that one signature my wife went back the next day finishing all the rest of paperwork and left with the vehicle after putting $4,000 down. 1 months later and we had still not gotten the paperwork and information to register it finally after multiple attempts he mailed the paperwork and upon registering vehicle we noticed after signing the paperwork had been changed from the price advertised as $9,799 to $17,000. Called to get a explanation and he lied saying the finance company charged them $2,745 to finance which immediately called the finance company who stated they only charge $100. After confronting his lie he hung up avoided us at all cost and even the owner cursed me out and hung up after I informed him that I'd be contacting a lawyer and filing a suit. Turned everything over to the finance company who began a 6months investigation and forced APACHE AUTO SALES to pay back the amount they overcharged because the finance company had paid over $17,000 on a ADVERTISED $9,998 car. After also contacting Texas DMV consumer complaint car dealership Dept and having them investigate for 5 months they sent us their findings which finally just under a year later now we have sufficient investigation evidence to move forward. We live in Shreveport, LA and they thought since I was not going to be present during the paperwork signing and knowing my wife was medicated they could Screw us but now with more than enough proof that they knowingly manipulated and changed numbers ect they are gonna be shown that it come back to bite you. Love the car especially after knowing they got busted by finance company, state of Texas ,and ourselves for ripping customers off. TAKE HEED WHEN I SAY I WOULD RATHER SET MYSELF ON FIRE THAN BUY EVEN A CANDY BAR FROM APACHE. Do not let Steven Bakers FAKE kindness and care cost you THOUSANDS! I have never before and do not believe I ever will run across such a horrible yet completely comfortable individual ever. After the fact I researched and found multiple and I mean many people who they ran the same thing to. Difference is we got our settlement and can afford to show them both financially, morally, and reputably that its going to the worst thing that they could've done.

First of all I have bought 7 cars from Rex Perry since moving to East TX but I was totally…read moredisrespected when I bought my used Tucson from them in August I ask for a carfax Kyle said it was clean no accidents well I didn't like the way it drove so I traded it in first thing the finance manager ask me did I know it had been in an accident of course I said no so Rex Perry absolutely lied to me I lost 7000 dollars in a span of 2 months so all I can say is if you want to be lied to and disrespected by a dealer please go buy your next vehicle from Rex Perry

You know how everyone compares car salesman to snakes in the grass? Well, the sales manager, Muncie…read morePowers, at Rex Perry Autoplex is a copperhead in the leaves that you never even see until you step on it and get bit. I put a deposit down on a car because I was waiting on the sale of my vehicle to go through with another dealership. After giving it some thought I decided I wanted to trade my vehicle in on the car that I put a deposit down on because Muncie gave me a (verbal) comparable offer. I was asked to bring my car in to finalize everything and work the deal out and Muncie ended up changing my original offer, which changed the numbers we had already discussed. I wanted to think it over before I pulled the plug and before I left the dealership, he handed me a check for the deposit amount that I had put down, which I immediately clocked as a red flag. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I made the decision to go through with the updated numbers and called the dealership to let them know I would be by the following day (it was 15 min prior to close). I was transferred to Muncie's voicemail so I called again the next morning at 8:30 AM and was told that he had customers in his office and that he would call me back. After not receiving a call back I ended up calling the dealership again and was told Muncie had already left for the day. I was then transferred to my salesman, Jeremy (which I have nothing but GOOD things to say about) who informed me that Muncie sold the car that I was trying to buy. My family has purchased numerous vehicles from Rex Perry in the past. My dad currently has a vehicle sitting at the Rex Perry service department that's waiting on $3,500 worth of repairs and my mom is awaiting an estimate from Rex Perry on a trade in since she's currently looking for a Denali Acadia. We like to do business locally when we can, but when the locals you try to do business with could care less about earning or even keeping your business and are only looking to make a dollar, it's very discouraging and disappointing. If you're looking to buy a car just find the best deal, which isn't going to be at Rex Perry unfortunately.
