I purchased a battery at this location and on discovering that it was defective I returned it. Oh…read morethe staff was friendly enough when selling the battery but when faced with proof of a defective product they became quite unfriendly and uncooperative, even to the point of being threatening. In the end all that they would do was "pro-rate" a battery that was less than a month old and replaced it with a battery that I deemed suspect. I have decided that I will have no further dealings with this local business and I suggest that you do not deal with them either. It's just not worth the hassle and intimidating behavior of the staff. I recommend that you seek out a reputable large regionally established businesses that has policies against rude intimidating employees and back up their products when defective. Their battery was tested with the negative clamp detached isolating it from the vehicle and periodically measuring the standing voltage with a multi-meter. These are the results of the test. As you can see this demonstrates an average voltage loss of over 1% a day, TWICE the industry standard. A flooded car battery discharge rate is about 1% per day at room temperature, 0.25% per day at 10 °C (50 °F) and 1.5% per day at 30 °C (86 °F). This self discharge percentage is the percentage of the remaining capacity, so a flooded lead acid battery will still have 50% of its capacity remaining after 6 months. Low-maintenance and sealed batteries have lower discharge rates of less that 0.5% per day and calcium-lead batteries can have a self discharge of less than 2% per month. Once a wet acid battery falls below 12.3 volts, it can deteriorate quickly and start to sulfate rapidly.

Stopped in to get phone button replacement, phone wouldn't boot up, got there when they opened over…read morethe weekend. First open sign was on but door locked, soon as I pulled the locked door the young man came out and unlocked the door along with a lady who was behind me, the young man looked at the phone and told me if I knew the age of the phone and said it was five years old. The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. The lady behind me said you need more help or someone to answer the phone, he replied "the boss is a cheap ass" that put à damper on things, then he told me there was nothing to do and to buy a new phone as it's cheaper than the replacement. 150 for the repair is cheaper than a 500 dollar new phone, Yeah.. time to leave... The last time I was in that location for a broken screen there was no issue the older gentleman who was there was great friendly and very helpful and taken the time to replaced the screen. After returned home I searched Google there was a work around the power button and I got the phone to reboot. The strange part it work around was posted by ifix posts. Lesson learned, don't go on the weekend. Cheers ** Update for 5/9/26** Went to west Fayetteville location to have CPU swap on phone, gentleman working was great, he knows his craft and very dedicated and loyal employee. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone. The handful of employees left working these locations are very dedicated to their craft and to the brand. Management a different story. Good luck moving forward to these employees! Cheers!

Awesome place. Fixed my phone really quickly. Very professional. The price was very reasonable…read morecompared to other places.
