I purchased a battery at this location and on discovering that it was defective I returned it. Oh…read morethe staff was friendly enough when selling the battery but when faced with proof of a defective product they became quite unfriendly and uncooperative, even to the point of being threatening. In the end all that they would do was "pro-rate" a battery that was less than a month old and replaced it with a battery that I deemed suspect. I have decided that I will have no further dealings with this local business and I suggest that you do not deal with them either. It's just not worth the hassle and intimidating behavior of the staff. I recommend that you seek out a reputable large regionally established businesses that has policies against rude intimidating employees and back up their products when defective. Their battery was tested with the negative clamp detached isolating it from the vehicle and periodically measuring the standing voltage with a multi-meter. These are the results of the test. As you can see this demonstrates an average voltage loss of over 1% a day, TWICE the industry standard.
