You pull up to a bay, they guide you in, and do all the work without you getting out of your seat. The system they have was capitalism at its finest. One person works the computer outside your window. One person does the under-the-hood inspection, and another drains the oil below. I sat there while they ran through their 20 point inspection or whatever it was, checking in by asking "your car manufacturer recommends 35 PSI in your tires, is that what you'd like", etc. I wasn't about to get talked into an air filter (cheaper to do it myself), which they respected when I told them that, but they did pull it out just to show me that I needed to get on Amazon or wherever to get it replaced. It ended with them showing me my oil dipstick with brand new oil on it, filled to the correct level Everything was done in probably 8 minutes. 10/10 will go again. 15% military discount

We came in here…read moreas a last resort when all of the RV service shops in the area seemed to turn us away (I think because they are packed due to memorial day weekend). We were able to work with James and he was extremely helpful in every way. He was able to get our Tow baseplate installed on our jeep in no time. I would highly recommend this shop for anything. Their customer service is outstanding and they did a speedy job for us. Not only did James do an excellent job with installing the baseplate and squaring us away with the electrical, but he came out to our motorhome and helped us connect up the tow bar. He then went back inside and looked up the proper towing procedures for our particular vehicle, came back out to tell us, and then helped us get everything setup right. Lastly, he followed us for about a mile to make sure that everything was working properly. He did all of this without being asked to do so. Curtis was our service manager, and I believe he had an appointment elsewhere when we arrived, but he took care of us and ensured that we were properly taken care of with the other gentlemen at the desk, prior to him departing for his appointment (I believe we may have cause him to be late, sorry, Curtis). I am amazed at the kind of culture of service that is bred into this shop. Every single person we interacted with was the embodiment of customer service. I must say our experience was beyond just customer service, it was more like "service for their fellow man". I very rarely write reviews for places, but I absolutely felt compelled to write this. Do not hesitate to take care of your automative needs at this place.

I would like to report a quality control concern regarding my recent visit to Marvin's Tires and…read moreBrakes, located at 5510 Waldo Beach Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28306. I visited this location on July 9 at approximately 9:00 to have my tires balanced and my vehicle aligned. During my visit, the team working at that time appeared very disgruntled and did not give the impression of a professional or customer-focused environment. While the technician was working on the tire balancing, I noticed that he was adding new wheel weights without removing the original weights that were already on the rims. I also noticed that he was not cleaning the inside of the rims before applying the new weights. From my experience, wheel weights may not stay properly attached if they are applied over dirt, brake dust, or residue from the brake calipers. This can cause the weights to come off over time and may result in the tires becoming unbalanced again. I also observed the technician using a chisel to remove wheel weights, which gave me the impression that he either did not have the correct tools or was not using the proper equipment for the job. That raised additional concerns about the quality control and professionalism at this location. I brought my concerns to the manager's attention. Unfortunately, the manager did not appear professional or customer-focused during the interaction. He seemed unhappy to address the concern and did not communicate with much tact or courtesy. At this point, I would not recommend this location to anyone. When comparing the price with the Ford dealership, Marvin's Tires and Brakes may have been more economical for the balance and alignment, but based on this experience, I believe the dealership would likely have provided better quality control and a more professional service process. My concern is not only about my vehicle, but also about the quality control procedures at this location. Tire balancing should be done correctly the first time, including removing old weights when appropriate, cleaning the rim surface before applying new weights, and using the proper tools and equipment.
