This group is fantastic! I was there earlier today for a tire repair. I have a Tesla and they know all about the special "Pucks" required to safely service the car. The employees love their manager and its great to see a group of guys work so well with each other. My front tires are almost worn out and they shopped around for a good price on replacements. They suggested a different brand of tire (Another top of the line make) that would last much longer, give me better mileage, and had a 50K mile treadwear warranty. Booked an oil change online for 29.99. I showed up first thing in the morning and they did not take appoints first. But that's probably a good thing, because the first few people in line were bringing their cars back because of extra issues after they left. Most were told they had to go somewhere else to resolve whatever they broke. Then I was told I needed special oil that had to be ordered. I asked how much, and he said $75. I explained when I booked it said $29.99, he responded he doesn't have a $29.99 oil change. I did not get my oil change there and will not be going back. read more

Phenomenal service! Edwin and Matt are great! Brought my car in to have a panel under the engine secured as it was hanging down and scraping. In addition I asked for an AC recharge. They tested my AC and found it didn't need a recharge, there was a different issue. They did not do the recharge when they could have. They knew I didn't need it so they didn't do it. I had a scheduled appointment at 8am. I was told the first Appointment. I showed up at 7:45 and there were already two people here. Once inside the gentleman took their information, they did not have appointments. While myself and another customer that had appointments waited. The work on the walk up started before I completed the check in process. Cannot comment on level of service and the gentleman at the front was very pleasant. I was a walk-in unfortunately I couldn't drive on the tire anymore. I had my big dog out for a ride, I had groceries and milk in the car, I told them I had cancer and ask if they had any water, told Me I could walk next door for water. I just needed a plug in one tire, they could have slipped me in between big jobs. It took 3-1/2 hours for them to plug a tire. Made an appointment last Friday for 8:00 a.m. this morning. Dropped car off for alignment and rear brakes at 8:00. Told them parts were in rear floor of the car. Told them I needed the car by 1:00 p.m. as it's my only means of transportation. Totally rescheduled my entire day for this and inconvenienced a friend for a ride. Was told it would be ready by lunch time. It's now 1:15, I called about the car only to be told they have not started it yet. Went to pick it up to be told they were waiting on parts. REALLY?!? These people suck! Don't use them, they have no clue how to run a business. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for all services. They didn't balance my daughters tires when she bought her tires there. Then she went back 2 times and told them her car was shaking going down the interstate and they said it didn't need an alignment. Now after dropping the car off after her 3rd visit to correct the vibration they tell her it does need an alignment and tires need balancing. The want her pay $217.00 for alignment and balancing and rotating. What a joke of a company. I will never use Tire Kingdom again and will not recommend them. read more

Very personable staff. I had an oil change done and it was done in less than an hour. I do feel it was expensive. Where I used to get my oil changed back home was about half the cost and they refilled all the fluids for me. I do not think the fluids were checks as my back window washer fluid is still empty. I will be going back for new tires and see how that service goes. read more

What a great experience and on a Sunday! I noticed I had a roof nail in my tire on Sunday morning. I called the Tire Kingdom, and they promised to look at the tire even though they were staffed low due to the day of the week. Shortly after, I was called back told that the tire had been fixed at no charge. Very thankful to the two young gentlemen at the Tire Kingdom. I purchased two new tires for the front end of my vehicle. The new tires were put on the back and the tires from the back were moved up front. The location was closed when I picked the vehicle up. When I got in the vehicle to go home, the low tire pressure warning was on. I actually had to stop for air on the way home! I made an appoint to have the tires moved to where I wanted them. I am currently sitting at the store location. Waiting for the work to be done, and am receiving quite a bit of attitude from the manager. Usually very good service here, but this particular manager has no idea how to treat people. read more

I drop a brake fill cap down in the engine compartment. This was a Saturday 3pm . The dealership was closed. I have used Tire Kingdom for my truck before. I pulled in and told the man what had happen. He came out and look under the van. He said I can see the cap but I can't reach it. He said I'll take care of it. I had an appt. at 2pm today for a basic tire repair. After having my vehicle for an hour the tech came out and said he could not find the nail in my tire I had seen multiple times that prompted the appt. I told him I seen the nail on the left rear tire and he said oh the paperwork said right rear. So he went back to my vehicle and My vehicle was finally ready at 4. I am not that upset that the advisor put down the wrong tire, it happens and people make mistakes. What I am upset about is the fact it took an hour to look at the wrong tire and another hour to repair it. I was a service Manager for years and that time frame is not acceptable for a tire repair. 30 minutes max and that includes racking the vehicle. read more

With all that rides on my tires I have serious trust issue's when it comes to any tire shop. My first visit here was an unexpected visit because I had just replaced my tires at a local place in Naples and needless to say once I got on the highway I realized that they hadn't been aligned even though I requested them to be. So I find this place on Google on route and they were about to close so I called them and they welcomed me in regardless of the timely alignment required. The manager was super friendly and helpful and the tech as well, I tipped him because he had a good attitude despite having to stay past closing time. So fast forward a year or so I'm back to follow up on my three-year alignment agreement. I made an appointment online and show up early but they get the car right in and give me all the other stuff needing attention but I decline because this car is a beater and I am on a time line but the manners of the rep we're well received regarding the other issues. If I decide to get the work completed, I will definitely be coming back to this location to do so. They give it to you straight here and are not just trying time push corporate sales tactics. Though it's a little drive up from Naples this place delivers piece of mind with its service. The waiting room is nice and clean and provides filtered water and a Keurig coffee machine. A nice flat screen tv with remote so you can watch TV like you're in your own living room. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place which for a franchise tire store says a lot. Be very careful when they recommend other work, it's essentially a scam. I did purchase 4 new tires and had the oil changed but before they started and did their "inspection" they came back and told me several items were in desperate need to be fixed. These "extra" findings would cost me another $2500! Things like brakes, rods, etc etc. I told them just do the tires and oil. Later I took the car to two more places for "inspection" to verify the findings of Tire Kingdome. I did not tell the other service centers anything about the Tire Kingdome findings. After the first shop really found nothing significant I took it to a large, very well respected and known garage in Punta Gorda, and I told them the same thing, I told them to do a full inspection and I wanted anything they found fixed. After that inspection, I was charged $52 for some minor things like air filter. NONE of the items Tire Kindom wanted to "fix" for a couple of grand had any issues! I only added the second star as they did a good job with the tires. Seriously, be forewarned! read more

LAZY WORKERS - Bad customer service. This is the second and final time I visit this location( was just because of convenience). I work nights and brought in a flat tire needed to be fixed so I can get to work. It was an hour before closing, and even though they weren't busy, they told me they couldn't fix it because the nail in the tire was off at an angle (total B.S) . He then suggested that I go to an auto parts store and fix it myself....WTF?! Why do you think I went to a tire store to begin with? If I wanted to fix it myself I obviously would have bought a kit from an auto parts store. They had no compassion knowing I had to get to work, they are just lazy and wanted to go home ,even if it was a whole hour before closing. From there I then went directly to Tires Plus in Port Charlotte, and they fixed my flat right away no questions . I even told them with that guy at Tire Kingdom said and they laughed knowing he was just trying to sell me a new tire. My advice is not to bother with this business, and to go to Tires Plus. They are honest,and have better prices on new tires as well. read more

While we were in Punta Gorda for the winter the A/C in our Honda went out. I asked a few friends for a an A/C repair recommendation and Tire Kingdom came up. Certainly not the first place that came to mind, but the suggestion was that if we have problems with the repair any Tire Kingdom would honor the work done. I was a little skeptical that they do this kind of work but when I called they guaranteed me that certainly, it's not that uncommon. When I brought the car in, they again reassured me they're not just tires. We were staying less than two miles from this location so they had someone give me a ride home while they did the work, and pick me up when it was completed. I am very satisfied with my experience. I had a flat tire and pulled in without an appointment on a Saturday. They were able to fix the tire and I was out as promised in less than 90 min. The place was clean and the staff very courteous. Every employee I saw wore a mask. I felt very comfortable even during this miserable Covid19 pandemic. I bought four tires and I asked them to inspect my brakes on my 1996 300ZX. Service was very good and the price was very fair. I am giving only four stars because they did not properly clean the bead on my 21-year-old wheels and there was a slow leak. They did fix the problem, at no charge to me. when I bought it to their attention. They did tell me that my brakes were fine and the other shop was less than honest. Went there today because my warning light was lit up on my dashboard. I thought it was for my brakes. It ended up being because my tires were low. They put air in my tires and didn't charge me for the visit (and they didn't laugh at me) lol. The staff was great and very helpful. Best of all they didn't replace brakes on my car and charge me for something I didn't need. Says a lot! Highly recommend these guys and applaud them being open on a Sunday. read more
