Then the help stated that it wasn't his problem the warehouse sent the wrong part and that he did not like my attitude and if I wanted I could just leave. By this point I didn't even raise my voice. I was shocked to get his response and asked to speak with a manage. To my surprise he said he was the manager. Again he said he did not like my attitude and I could leave if I wanted. I asked how long would it take for the right part to come in and he told me about 4 hours later. For a manager to not have any customer service skills at all does not reflect well on oriellys. Don't think I will be back. On line auto parts are way cheaper and without be harassed!

They failed to call me to tell me the car was ready after they "finished" it & didn't even hook up the subs. They called me at the close of business yesterday to tell me it was ready and said "they forgot to call". Since they were closed, we had to leave the car overnight and pick it up the following morning. So today we go to pick it up.. Not only were the subs not hooked up, but someone hit the car & also knocked the back bumper out of place. Mind you, we just paid well over 1,000$ to get the whole car repainted. When we called them, they were very unprofessional and nonchalant. They basically told us, "oh well" & they didn't have cameras. Also, forgot to mention they still made us pay even though they did absolutely nothing to the subs. If they foresaw an issue, they should have called. We would have gladly took the car elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This place is extremely unprofessional and money hungry.

I took my truck to a reputable shop. I then found out that top tech didn't do the work i was charged. They replaced injectors but didn't clean the fuel tank or fuel line. They did not change the fuel filter. Thats why the injectors stopped working after on 6 months and 15k later. The new shop did the full job and got me on the road for 7 thousand less. They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional. Looking for a new truck brought me to Don Ledford because they had a midsize truck that was close to what I wanted. When I called to inquire they put me in touch with Lucas Norman. Luke was young and that worked in his favor for me, because he has yet to take on the typical car salesman vibe. Very polite and personable. He did a great job of explaining all the benefits of the truck I had my eye on but a used full size truck caught my attention and I decided it going to be my new vehicle It took a little negotiation to meet at a price we both were ok with, but overall the experience was pretty painless and I drove away happy with my new truck.

When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was bothered by the fact that I was dropping it off and once I told him I had already spoke to someone that was going to get the car in and do the repairs, he reluctantly took my keys. My wife calls to check the status 4 hours after drop off just trying to come up with a game plan as we were over 500 miles away with no other transportation. The gentleman the. Told her it would be close to closing or a little after, so I got there at closing and buddy that mechanic didn't even let me finish speaking before he started being a complete jerk. The family that took me to drop me off, went in with me and left just as floored as I was at the way they began speaking and treating us. The morning after picking the car up at 10pm the night before, I checked the pieces under the hood to find everything they touched had been broken that was brand new when I dropped it off. Was finally able to speak to someone after providing proof from a local to me repair shop that even stated the issues were a result of the damage. The establishment refunded me for the labor cost that we paid to have them screw our car up and then had the nerve to blame everything on the mileage of the vehicle and my rudeness was the cause for the issues we are having. I requested they pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and they have ignored me since then! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They are a joke and will come up with every excuse to not be held responsible for their crappy work. I have pictures of everything and if I could post them here, I would! Beware and ask around before using them because I have already heard of two local people that I know of in the last little bit that have gotten their vehicle back messed up and they refuse to fix the issues they know they have done wrong.
