Went into the store and met Robert at the front of the store. Told him of my concerns and he accompanied me to my vehicle, checked out the information, and soon noted that the battery was in stock. He then offered that this battery was very expensive, but that it was the top of the line. Since I plan to keep this vehicle for many more years (It is a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe), I still opted for the higher priced one. Robert rang up the sale after asking me if I was a veteran. My affirmative answer (22.5 years) earned me a 10% discount. thus saving a good sum off my purchase. Robert quickly and skillfully replaced the battery and we left the store. I note that some other customers have left reviews that are not flattering. Perhaps if they were to return, and dialogue with the staff, they might be surprised by the quality of the staff. Kudos to Autozone. When I next need my wipers replace, I will return to the Soddy Daisy store!

Our 2018 Nissan Titan with a 5.0 cummins turbo diesel spun a crankshaft bearing on our way to Ohio. We took the truck to the "A" team at "DOT" and right from the start the were honest and fair. They scoped the engine and told us exactly what was wrong with it with photos. We ordered an engine off of Ebay and when it arrived it was in sub par condition to say the least. They documented it for us with photos and an an honest opinion of "we cant, with a good conscience, install this engine in this truck" We sent it back and got a full refund thanks to John and the "A" team. Unfortunately we had to sell the truck due to hard to find parts and aggrevation. I Highly recommend these guys to anyone with an issue with their deisel. Hopefully it's not a Titan. The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. In and out with ordering the part was less than a week. These folks know their Audis!
