And while 288 Google reviews average a respectable 4.6, the few dozen Yelp reviews with a sub-four average are unfair and fail to do this store justice. I've always been treated with professionalism and friendliness here. Unlike a car repair shop where you might be chastised for knowing nothing about the automotive world, there is no judgment at Batteries Plus for being battery ignorant. With a little witty conversation and expert knowledge, they'll find just about any battery known to the human race, and even install it as well! And believe me, I've brought in some challenging items. Speaking of automotive, they even offer free installation of car batteries bought there, something that's saved me on several occasions! I just brought in a scale today, with the employee immediately identifying the type of battery at a quick glance on my fifth step into the store, even before opening the compartment. Grabbing the product from the shelf and emerging from the back room with a set of every conceivable speciality screwdriver on the planet, he adeptly unwound the tiny screw, switched the batteries with a flick of the wrist, and finished the transaction. I decided why buy a new iPhone 14 from 829.89-1,099 when my phone works great but my battery was going downhill fast. It cost $79.99 + tax and the gas and time to drive a little over an hour away and back to get the battery replaced. The Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN were very helpful people, they answered all my questions. Allayed my fears of what would happen if the iPhone 13 screen if it should break during battery replacement (they replace it free.) I also had them put a on new screen protector on it as mine had damage. I would much rather pay $79.99 + tax than more than ten times that much buying a new iPhone. I'm aggravated that I hadn't thought of it before. Almost every new iPhone I have purchased has been because of poor battery life. Batteries + really should use that in their marketing materials. I have had at least four iPhone models, possibly more. Nothing wrong except the battery. I know the OS updates always attack battery life so people buy new phones. I have yet to have any that are significantly better than any other one in features or function. Why buy a new phone when you can just replace the battery. Normally by the time the battery goes bad, it's not under warranty anymore. So why worry if a different battery will affect your warranty? Good job guys.

I went to that dinky place in the mall and they wanted to charge 230$ to fix my screen. The guy CLEARLY didn't want my business. I remembered that batteries plus fixes phone screen due to an ad put out. I stopped by, walked in and spoke with a representative. I told him I had called the other day and was quoted 149.99. The computers had gone down and I was very patient with them. I could tell they appreciated me as a customer just standing there. After looking up the replacement part to my phone, he said he couldn't fix it. Bummer!! The manager, who I could tell was a genuine businessman, didn't want to lose my business.
