I tried reaching out to the online parts dealer to get a replacement sent overnight, but they couldn't get it to me that quick. Since the car's bumper had been removed for the install, I didn't want to have the bumper re-installed a second time. I called the local Honda dealership to get the OEM part, but they couldn't promise it to me for 3 to 4 days. Stacy @ South Willow Auto Clinic called the dealership on my behalf, and got them to get it the very next day. While the dealer's price was more than I paid online, being able to get the part so quickly avoided me having to have the bumper removed/replaced a second time. On top of this they charged a service charge of 4% for using my debit card which is above the average merchant cost of 2-3%. I was never notified of this increase prior to them doing the work. Very deceitful business practice. Would not recommend and I will never take a vehicle to them again.

Spend your money on the things that matter most, the quality of people you hire and their training. I immediately found out that the car made very bad clunking noises which made it difficult to pick up speed while beginning to drive on the main interstate so I carefully drove to the next exit at a local gas station and soon found out that the car didn't go in reverse. Still today the car sits at Virgil's Automotive which was inspected thoroughly and was told not only that the transmission was bad but the people that put it up for auction had to have known based on the state of it's condition without a doubt.
