I used to buy only from Orielys for years, but I am done with them. I had a battery fail within the warranty period and they supposedly couldn't find it under my phone number so I went to Costco and bought one for half the price. My son's battery failed after 1 year and I went to this store with the receipt and they refused to warranty it so we are going elsewhere. This morning my battery died, so I went to O'Reilly's off Raeford Road and purchased a new one. Unfortunately, after driving for about an hour, it died again. I went back and spoke with Paul, and he immediately went above and beyond to help me. He tested my alternator (just as we suspected, it was underpowered) and quickly located a replacement in Conroe, which was perfect since I live there. Outstanding Customer Service! Got a battery from O'Reilly's about two years ago. Shane is helpful and the epitome of thorough research. Tried four different phone numbers with no luck. Luckily a member on the team Asia reminded me a FL phone that could be possible. We worked for a good five minutes to discover the transaction Shane dutifully seeking the information. Moments later Shane got a $199.99 battery and told me "Here you go!" I got my billfold out when Asia waved her hands in an "it's alright" motion; then Shane tells me that he found the transaction and the warranty would be honored. Above average service. The employees have always greeted me kindly whenever I walk in either by myself or with a gf. They have come out to my vehicle to double check minor problems to make sure I get the right part. They have even installed minor parts for me such as fuses and light bulbs etc. and also for a gf on her car. Needed synthetic Mobile 1 15 30 oil the other day. Employee came out and checked my oil sticker inside my car because of poorly typed info on sticker. Got me the right oil and was very professional. read more

Had to replace head gasket, needed a torx bit to get the actual head bolts and was gonna cheap my way out but I talked with Asia at the front telling her and she was calm and ensured I got the right tool for the job as to not strip. Wasn't aggressive in trying to sell just wanted to look out. A lot of service retailers might hate their job and have an attitude but she was nice and calm and very helpful. We should of went to Autozone. My boyfriend's battery died, so we jumped it and went to OReilly. First off, I always go to Autozone but my boyfriend thought he could get a better deal at OReilly which it ended up being the same price. The boy at OReilly was very unprofessional, hollering at a friend walking in, continuing conversations while we are standing there ready to pay. He didn't help one bit when it was time to check the battery and install.... maybe that is normal at OReilly? Idk but never again, in the future we will only use Autozone. read more

I've been in to this specific O'Reilly's twice in the last week. Met with unwelcoming mannerisms and it seemed like the crew was all having a terrible day already. When asking the female Employee for help it seemed like I should have apologized for making her take time out of her day to go look for what I needed in the back. Eventually I left without returning what I needed to exchange because of the poor service. The next time I came in the overall demeanor of the crew was better but the service was still lacking. I ordered brake pads from the Autozone right next door to these guys. I was told they would be in store on the floor on a Friday. However, Saturday morning arrived and they told me "we don't know what happened to them," and other things in the same ball park as "they might not be here until Tuesday morning." Prepared, I had gone to O'Reilly auto parts the night before and ordered another set of pads. They were there the next day on saturday. Thanks and kudos to Logan, who's kind of a cocky buttmunch. This auto shop is the best in the area!! Autozone is right behind it but I always go to O'Riley and let me tell you why: the staff is so friendly, they're super kind and a helpful. Great experience this morning! Walked in and was greeted by "Jimmy", who asked how he could help. I asked if someone could test the battery on the 2013 car I just bought. Jimmy said he would if I would wait a few while he finished with customers. Jimmy came out, tested the old indicating it was bad, and then got me a new one. I want to share my experience with this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Late last night when my cars electrical system completely shut down, I managed to come to a stop in front of this store. Imagine my relief to see the open sign still lit. Especially when I realized, I couldn't even manually open my car door to get out! I was locked in. I quickly called the store praying they would answer which they did. They explained they could not assist me because there were only two workers and it was against policy to leave one worker in the store with customers. I explained my dilemma and begged them to come out before locking up to see if the could help me get out of the car. I was burning up in there! I then contacted AAA and expected a long wait before they would arrive. The representative said she would call personally to see if they could help me get out of the car and when she came back she explained how rude the worker had been to her! They told her they were under no obligation to help me. They were closing up and going home! Two of the workers at this store are lacking in human decency. I would not give this store my business. If I were you, given the two choices of Auto Zone and O'Reilly which are right next to each other....Go to Autozone next door! read more

I came into the store and asked the worker about getting the right antifreeze for my truck...as I told him my truck information he continued to talk and joke around with his friends that came in... He got me a jug...it ended up being the wrong coolant for my vehicle...I then had to have my system drained and flushed... Either their computer system is wrong, or he entered in the wrong information...either way, it cost me extra time and money when it could have easily been avoided... read more

I went in there the other day after spending an hour at auto zone with 0-NO HELP. I walked over to O'reilly and was helped by a young man named Wolfe, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he even walked over to auto zone to help me with my car.
