The commercials proud jingle is, "Get in the Zone...autozone!" Well, I got into "the zone" and…read morequickly left after the 'Zoned Out' service I received. I stopped by this Autozone location to get my battery tested. I needed a new one. I was ready to buy a new battery, but needed one question answered, "How do I know it's the battery and not the alternator? She gave me reasons the battery would fail, then said something to the affect of, "I gave the battery test results. that's what you came here for. if you want to buy a battery I'll write you up." and then walked back inside the store. Instead of following her back into the store, I closed my hood and drove a mile down the street to Walmart where I received better service. Yes, the big box retailer down the street that also sells fishing poles, televisions and beef jerky was able to answer all my questions, take my old battery out and install my new one all while providing better service than Autozone, a car parts specialist. I've received good service at other Autozones in the past, and I'm sure I'll go back in the future....just maybe not this location.

I switched off, tested battery, then tried switch on, as expected it's not turn on. I requested to get battery for my car, they said they don't change battery. They tried with their backup battery, it's not working. They told that problem is with something else, that they don't know. Now I'm clueless. Called my insurance, they came in 15 mins, with their battery it just started in first attempt. Thanks to my insurance. I went to nearby store and changed battery in 10 mins. Simple Google search can help you more than this store !

Just sold our 2011 Jetta to this location. So far, the…read moretransaction has went smoothly. Started off by comparing offers between 10-12 different pull a part/junkyards and also dealers. This location offered me the most. You can get an online offer really quickly. But, I would highly suggest calling. I called to confirm the offer and set up pickup. When I did they offered $100 more than the online quote. Worth it for a call I was going to make anyway. I will say that their telephone operations uses a third party to handle everything. The level that the agents can speak English clearly and fluently varies depending on who you get when you call. So, be prepared for that and to listen intently to what they say. I ended up calling twice. And it's a good thing I did because the information I got the second time about what is needed from me to make the transaction successful was much more the second time than the first. Second conversation contained valuable information I had not know it it might have slowed up the sale process. Or at least the final processes of releasing the car to them. Check was cut and ready for me at pickup. They even hauled it away. Good to note they offer more if you can or able to drive your vehicle to them or have it towed. But, for me it was worth the reduction in payout to get the tow. Still waiting on the check to clear. But, if it does and if there are no other unforeseen complications then I will be happy with using them for this service. They paid more for the vehicle than anyone else was willing to pay and so far everything has went very seamless. I will update this review should there be any other details arise worth noting. But, as it stands. If you are looking to salvage a car you need to get rid of this is a good option.

I've only used them for interior and trim parts but the prices are dirt cheap and for a little bit of your time and the adventure of climbing around in some junked out cars you get what you need for pennies on the dollar of new, especially dealer only stuff.
