I've been coming here for several years for key fob and watch battery replacements, and they have always been fast and efficient. I always purchase the lifetime battery, and in my opinion, it's the most cost efficient way to go. You pay a little more the first time (around $25, give or take), and all your future battery replacements for that item are free. It's a fantastic value and has definitely paid for itself. They will make mistakes on the phone and blame it on the customers "lack of care" for the device basically saving themselves making it a problem for YOU but not them. 4.) They will ignore you when customers call store phones EVEN IF your infront of them at the counter because to them over the phone customer are more valuable than walk-ins. 5.) it's recommended that you order your own items, batteries plus bulbs will literally look up what your trying to find on Amazon or EBay and charge you double the price they see on screen for that product & the reason why they do that is to make extra money so don't let them order it, better if you order it yourself.
