Positive experience at the Advanced Auto Parts store in Pembroke Pines, even though I didn't find exactly what you were looking for. The customer service was excellent, with employees greeting me promptly and directing me to the right aisle to find a small tube of E6000 glue. It's great that they had a good variety of glue products, but sadly not the right size. It's a bonus that their prices on auto accessories and LED hand held lighting were competitive. The simple layout and cleanliness of the store also stood out, which is always a nice touch when shopping. The display of funny bumper stickers and Jeep badges was a fun addition to the store, adding some personality to the usual auto parts shopping experience. The option to order online and pick up in-store is another convenient feature. It's a bummer the E6000 glue was only available in a huge size, but overall I had a pretty good visit! Will return for another peek at those stickers and badges. read more

I walked in to this store by myself, asked the guy at the counter for assistance with a fuse. He was standing there all alone, no business, no telephone- just standing there. Do you think he would come out and help me find the fuse Box in my car or help me locate the number of my fuse on his computer? My car needed a new battery so my husband told me to go to this one since it's 5 mins from our house. When I walked in and walked to the counter the lady with a gray bob didn't even greet me and I said hi I'm here because my car needs a new battery. She looked at me with an attitude on her face and said I'm the only one here at the counter so you'll have to wait. At this point some heavier set dude comes from back and yells at her it's raining as he walks outside. So she looks at me and says and you'll have to wait till it stops raining. So I just asked her if it was ok for me to wait in my car. As I walk outside to my car it's not raining just drizzling. And I understand if the store has their policy's for employees. But as I waited I saw the same heavier set dude walk back outside with his trolly and a battery to help some other guy that was there. I called my husband and he said don't bother with and go to O'Reilly and I walked in they were super friendly and helpful. Jose asked me a few questions which I didn't know the answer too. So he said don't worry I'll go out and check your car. Jose helped me and placed a new battery in my car. I will never give my money to o advance auto parts ever again. Service has gotten terrible. Apparently they stop checking battery's after 5:30pm? So if your battery goes bad and need to quick turn around, then tough luck go somewhere else. read more

I placed an order online so I can pick it up at the store and receive 20% off. On their website it says 30 minutes will have ready after order is placed. I placed order online at night and went to pick it up the next day in the morning and it was not ready at all. The gentleman had to pick the items and used my phone to look at the picture to make it easier for him and I helped him pick the items. All of this happening, I'm in a hurry. Not to mention one item was not there but it was available online. Perhaps if the item was package earlier it may have been there for me. read more

Don't buy parts here!! They are all bad and store refuses to refund money???!!!! Javi Valdez is store manager who doesn't understand company policy or customer service. 3 bad alternatives from the different stores and he tells his associates not to refund the customers money? DO NOT BUY FROM ADVANCED AUTO PARTS!!!!! So not only did I get to waste my entire weekend on replacing a part over and over, but I also get to waste a vacation day and Monday trying to get my money and core back so I can install for a fourth time. Never again! Called corporate and they stated what we were told at the store was totally wrong but we had to call back on Monday. Went to go get new wiper blades this morning and the employee was awesome! Quickly picked out the blades that fit my car, rang me up, then went outside and changed them in under a minute. The whole process took me 5 mins!!! (I went right when the store opened) I would definitely recommend this location to others. read more
